The food is fantastic. I just moved back to the city after 10 yrs in north county & I was worried about not having a place close that had good food. I am so so happy for this restaurant!! I LOVE them!!! Everything here is delicious! Gyro, cheese fries, okra, wings, catfish, etc. And please don’t you dare skip that hot honey sauce!!! We go here 3-4 times a month at least.

Ahmed is very nice and helpful. You can tell he really takes care of his workers. I am posting this review to let the world know that I went to the Chicago Grill at Gravois and grand and it was no good this Chicago Grill at Gravois and Arsenal is superior in every way. The staff is very friendly. And the food is delicious. I got the catfish nugget fried chicken platter which comes with fries. They even gave us extra sauces like ranch. I also got the mozzarella sticks, which they gave me an extra marinara. I called it in ahead of time so it’ll be ready when I got there. I got there 20 minutes later. All the food was ready and the staff greeted me with a smile. They knew me by name and face welcomed me back to the restaurant I feel very at home here. I feel safe like I’m taken care of. And the food is to die for it’s prepared deliciously and it’s some of the best food for the value that I’ve ever had. I recommend this Chicago fish over any of the other ones these same owners also own the one on Cass.

The shrimp were the real star. Perfectly seasoned, crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and packed with flavor without being greasy. You can tell they take pride in doing fried seafood the right way. The fries were fresh, well-seasoned, and actually stayed crisp during delivery, which almost never happens. Great service for the delivery. One other thing, the prices are excellent too!
Overall, the whole experience was fantastic. Fast delivery, amazing food, and quality that truly stands out. If you’re craving shrimp done right, Chicago Rish & Chicken is the spot. I’ll definitely be ordering again!

Tried this place out for the 1st time last Friday 12/12/25 & the food, service & customer service was phenomenal! Came back again the following week to get a large order of food for my department staff & everything was prepared fresh, promptly & tasted delicious. They are very professional & food is great! We stopped here after a doctor appointment. My husband and I wanted something that wasn’t fast food. We both love gyros and that’s how we ended here. Our food was ready within 15 minutes and was hot and fresh. The fries were crispy and gyro was very filling.

Got the 10 piece party buffalo wings and fries for under $15 including tax
Was very pleasantly surprised by the portion sizes, box could barely close with all of the food inside.
Fries were some of the best I had, love the seasoning. The Buffalo on the wings was stellar. Loved having the leftover sauce for the fries. The wings themselves were alright nothing special but good.
15-minute wait did not feel like much. They do a great job getting orders completed. When I walked in to order there was a big order in front of me going on. While I waited someone picked up wings; they are very efficient in the kitchen.
The buffalo sauce and fries make it worth going here. Shoutout to the previous reviewers for giving me the inspiration to visit here on a Friday evening.

This place is fire. I order here last night and had return today for more. The food is great made fresh to order and they have a lot to choose from there menus is huge. Lastn8ght I ordered a 6 piece chicken strip dinner with fries. It was huge I ate 2 strips and shared with my roommates. Today I’m eating hit wings and fries. If you haven’t tried this location I recommend it highly l. The staff are friendly and take pride in what they do. Check it out
