Went here for our anniversary it had rained in the morning but cleared up an was beautiful by the time we were seated. I had put a note in to bring out champagne & had forgotten about it and was pleasantly surprised. Our waiter was fantastic I can’t remember his name but he had some dope Oakley sunglasses and gave us just the BEST experience highly recommend well worth every pretty penny!

One of the best steakhouses in Chicago. We had Elmer our first time there almost two years ago and have been requesting him each time back. He makes sure that our needs are always met and certainly has the proper staff to help him plate the food. The lobster escargot is one of the best appetizers I have had in a long time. This was my second time getting it and it’s flavor rivals anything from Boston area restaurants. They also have amazing drinks and a healthy wine list to go along their prime cuts of beef. Don’t leave without dessert. Their key lime pie and the chocolate cake are well worth all the extra working out the next day.

The dining room is CROWDED!! But the patio was open, light and refreshing! Lots of friendly people. Cajun steak was good- just a little greasy . Macaroni and Sautéed Spinach was tasty. Drinks were ! It was the vibe for me!

Our waitress was wonderful girl. The dry aging steak was amazing, the crab cake was yum, the wine was great and the chocolate cake was unbelievable plus the River view….and the most important is they are not pricing at all if you compare with the other Michelin restaurants. Nice place to dine on patio area as well. Highly recommended if you are in downtown Chicago!

Great experience on a Friday night to celebrate a special occasion. The lobstercargot is a MUST. The Cajun rub ribeye and the bone in filet were cooked appropriately and very good. The truffle potatoes were subpar—I think they used fake truffle flavoring so would probably choose a different side. However the creamed spinach slapped. The drinks and choco PB pie were fab.

Peter went over the top to make sure our first time at Chicago Cut wasn’t our last. Everything from the bone in rib-eye and filet were amazing, the Lobsterscargot was a must try and ceviche was perfect. The cheddar jalapeño hash browns hit the spot and the lobster tails couldn’t have been better. Surprised us with a Oreo mint ice cream pie for our special occasion, which couldn’t have been any better. Thanks for everything definitely will be back!
