I ordered a half pep half cheese or my fam. Pizza showed up with no cheese on it. I called and the office said I had to pay for another.$61 night for a medium pizza and wings at the end of the day. I am a very long time customer 30 plus years so this was a surprise. I would appreciate your team verifying odd orders and I don’t feel i should have been charged full price for the corrected pizza when the website had an issue. I do very much appreciate Robert expediting the order and staff is always great. Here is the confirmation. There was no mozzarella on it fyi and not sure how now cheese was chosen. Update-The owner replied and did us right. I have updated the review to a 5 star. Best Pizza in Idaho!

My husband said this place is his favorite, and now after trying it, I understand why! This was the best pizza I’ve ever had, and I’m not picky when it comes to pizza, I will eat pizza from almost anywhere. It tasted so fresh and rich in flavor! The sauce on the islander brings everything together.

Literally the best pizza I’ve ever had. It tasted so fresh and had the perfect amount of ingredient ratio. The ranch was also the perfect flavor. About $30 for a medium build your own pizza: creamy garlic sauce, 3 toppings, 2 ranch cups and delivery. They estimated 40-50 minute delivery time and got here before that. Absolutely worth it.

My sister now lives in Oregon and we were making a girls trip to the Oregon coast. She requested that I bring her Chicago connection. I called the Fairview store and asked if I could buy dough, sauce, meat, cheese, and make the pizza myself. They let me know they have premade, then froze pizzas in the past for customers. They were more than happy to help me with my mission! The pizza traveled so well, when we cooked it in the oven, it tasted just like it was delivered! My sister was so happy and it was such an incredible experience with the team at Chicago connection. We love this pizza, 10/10!

Ordered for delivery and they told me a half hour, it’s been an hour and a half and it’s still not here. I called to find out where my pizza is and see if they could do anything about it being so late. The guy just said sorry, he is out and about with a couple other orders. I told him I’d never order with them again and he said “ok, have a good day”… Don’t trust the delivery times especially if you have somewhere to be. Going to be ordering from flying pie from now on.

Last week I posted about my bad experience and not only haven’t heard back from anyone, but my review has been deleted. I ordered last week on 10-28-19 at the Fairview location. They are the store that has been delivering to me for years. We ordered pretty late at 8:30 pm and ordered 1 large pizza. We received our pizza at 9:10 pm and it was not even cooked fully. Inside was still doughy and the top cheese was only half melted… it was not only a bad experience to have a non-edible pizza, and waste my money, but to also not have my concerns addressed is a little disappointing.
