We had to make a trip to Scpttsburg one fine evening and were jonesing for some good pizza. After a bit of googling, this place popped up looked almighty appetizing. Boy, let me tell you what!! We were not disappointed!! This pizza was amazing! Thick! Cheesy! Saucy! Cheese pull for miles!! It was slap your mama good! And the owners were super friendly and fun to talk to. They took care of us like we were born and raised by em. Give you a hug/slip you are 20 for gas/tell ya to come back and have some coffee sometime kind of people. Looks like we’ll be making more trips to Scottsburg now.

My family have been to Chicago Pizza several times in Scottsburg. The food is amazing and priced great. The staff treat you like family. I took my sister and her kids to enjoy the atmosphere and the pizza there and they absolutely had a blast. They loved watching the train checking out all there was to see inside the pizza place.

This place is absolutely amazing, I wish I could give it 100 stars, cause they deserve it. The service is great right from the front door to the table. The turkey sandwich was mouth watering. Came back another time, and had the all meat pizza. It was amazing, and John the cook came to our table and asked how the food was. It was amazing. Folks if your looking for a great place to eat. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

We visited Chicago City Pizza for the first time ever today. It’s run by a local couple who care deeply for their community. One of their missions is to make sure no child goes hungry. They will give a free slice of pizza to any child who asks.
They also give hats/gloves/scarves to any child that needs them. While we were there, we saw some sherrifs come in to make a donation.
Now, onto the food. It was incredible! We ordered an 8″ deep dish, and it was deep! We struggled to eat 3 pieces. The toppings were generous and the sauce had a great tang to it.
Honestly, some of the best pizza we’ve ever had.
We will definitely be making the 30 minute drive from our house to visit again!

My wife and I stopped in there today for lunch we ordered a half a loaf of cheese bread, stromboli with sausage onion and green peppers, and a 10-in deep dish pizza with pepperoni and sausage. The sausage is a must, it is absolutely amazing. The total bill was only $42 and some change and we could not have been happier with the meal. Huge portions of everything. If you are ever in the area it is a must stop. The owners are absolutely amazing people.

Cute place, great service, and above all GREAT PIZZA! Our group tried the breads ticks, cheese sticks, thin crust pizza, and deep dish. All were incredible!
A little different in that you put your order in at the counter and wait for your pizza but the food and service are good enough that it’s a minor inconvenience.
We’ll definitely be coming back the next time we’re in town.

Everyone working was very kind and polite. Salad bar, lasagna, and pizza were all very fresh and tasted great. Homemade ranch was very good. The pizza was my favorite. I had the Supreme. Everything was clean, and the pizza and lasagna were warm and fresh. Will definitely go back. The only thing I noticed while dining inside was the atmosphere seemed a bit smokey? Maybe from the pizza oven? I could even smell it on my clothes after I left. Maybe something needs to be done to the ventilation system. It’s not a bad smell. it just smells like fresh brick-oven pizza but I could see it in the air when the sun would shine through the windows.

Saw a YouTube video from Goodall County Kitchen and wanted to try this place. This place absolutely lives up to the hype. Love the Deep dish Pizza and Salad Bar (best Ranch dressing I’ve ever had). Can’t wait to go back and try the Philly Bombs!

As always a great experience and amazing good. Got the lunch special with the soup and salad bar with a drink. Was just 12 bucks. Can’t beat that deal anywhere!!! All you can eat soup n salad bar. Soups always absolutely amazing! Love all of the homemade soups they make.
