The employees are very nice first of all so I’m pretty sure they’re just following protocol when making certain foods , but this is insane , I had HALF of one bacon in my sandwich, it was mainly lettuce and tomato; if anything it was a bLT no bacon at all. $9 for this is super sad. Stick to burgers and salads here

Chili hot dog was standard. Kind of cold. Onions were a good touch. Caesar salad didn’t event come with Caesar dressing— it was literally poppy seed. The only pro was the giant portion.

We were waiting in line on dec 21 at 8 pm and this Indian lady turned the menu tv off at 8:20 and said we are done . They wouldn’t take our last order . And gave extreme attitude. Telling us to hurry up laughing at us . It was me and my mom and daughter.

The Chicago fire burger was ok, although it wasn’t salty at all. We asked for more salt but they told us they were out of it. The same thing with the fries. Crispy and tiny but unsalted. The service was prompt and the prices are ok.

Placing order went smoothly. It took 20 minutes to get my food made, and long enough that all of my other three friends were finished eating. The burger itself was pretty middle of the road. The fries, despite looking looking seasoned, just tasted like bland overcooked potatoes. I do not envy the people working here on a convention weekend, but my experience was utterly terrible. Did not touch most of the Fries. Waste of money, and honestly, not interested in returning again.

This is a great little place in Rosemont Fashion Outlets in the food court where you can get burgers and fries of all types cooked right in front of you. The service here is good and friendly and the food comes out pretty quickly. Its also quite affordable.
