Wish I could give a 0. Terrible experience, rude owner!
The food hall was pretty empty but our 2 hot dogs and fries took 30+ minutes. After waiting 30 min, we got in line to ask for a refund. While waiting, the food came out. The owner came out, yelled at us for asking, and refused to refund us. He said “we went viral and had 20,000 orders ahead of yours.” *he proceeded to direct the cashier to show us the order screen* he said, “I don’t do refunds. As a small business we don’t do refunds after the food is done. Giving refunds is how we go out of business.” A different food-hall business owner tracked us down outside. He informed us our food should NOT have taken that long, that he’s seen this behavior before, and told us to ask for the general manager. The food hall GM, Georgia, made things right and gave us a gift card to the food hall.
On top of it all, after denying us a refund and making us take the food, the food wasn’t even made correctly to begin with. I’m sure if this restaurant is as viral as the owner claims, this review shouldn’t impact business too much! good luck!

The french fries were mixed with Old fries and new fries so some of them were cold and some were hot. I think the owner thinks that I wouldn’t notice But I did and I ended up throwing them out. The food is just mediocre. And the Customer Service sucks! Definitely won’t be back !
