We ate here a couple of times already. Every time i order different things THE FOOD AND SERVICE NEVER DISAPPOINTS! EVERYTHING WAS DELICIOUS AND AMAZING. We came back today and the owner/manager remembered us and gave us a lumpia. IT WAS THE BEST LUMPIA I’VE EVER TASTED. It feels like im back home

We always come back here whenever we crave asian foods. 1M/10 ❤️

I gave 5 stars to all FOOD, SERVICE, ATMOSPHERE … though it’s like a tiny place in the alley “a cozy cubbyhole “, brought back good memories as when I first met it’s owner when they opened their first restaurant nearby years ago.
Mom and I ordered their combination meal which was Longaniza, Sinigang na Baboy with Rice & Tilapia sweet & sour which was recommended by their owner and of course especially cooked by their owner “Kuya Gel” and served by the very patient & very attentive & friendly with a lovely smile Roxane. As always never finish a scrumptious meal without dessert. We got the “Halo-Halo” ! BUSOLVE! As my friend Ate Bevs would exclaim!
BUSOG ka talaga sa CHIBOGS!

As a granddaughter of a Filipino woman I grew up eating Filipino food. While the lumpia was tiny they had good flavor. The pancit was a real disappointment for me. Every recipe may be different but I never seen red onions or green and red bell peppers in pancit. It destroyed the authenticity of the dish. All I could taste was bell pepper… sadly I will not be ordering from this establishment again. Also I always find it hard to mess up egg drop soup. Ijs

Living local we really wanted to like Chibogs. Having a reasonable hole-in-the-wall take-away close to home would be great.

Many people would probably not go past the front door as the store front is littered with all sorts of food photos, menus and other clutter that makes it unattractive, along with the signage.

Inside was typical for a hole-in-the-wall. Ordering was easy and the woman at the counter was super friendly, patient and helpful.

We ordered a number of different entrees, noodles and rice. Without critiquing each dish, I will leave our general thoughts on the food quality and composition. All containers were full and not skimping on ingredients as is becoming a problem at many restaurants. All dishes were severely lacking their respective sauce leaving the driest Asian food we have ever had. The beef was overly grizzly, fatty and difficult to chew. The chicken curry had unimaginative ingredients with a bland sauce, I cook much better curry sauce at home. Finally after spending $100, we checked the bag before leaving and noticed they “forgot” the rice that was supposed to come with the five entrees. They corrected the situation but this is why we check. It seems many restaurants are conveniently “forgetting” an item or two.

So unfortunately we won’t be back to Chibogs and will return to Lotus or WAN’s in the future.

Quaint little restaurant where the service is excellent. The food was amazing and the portions are large. I would recommend for anyone who wants something great to come here. It’s a small restaurant and off the beaten path, but if you want to actually enjoy great food this is a must.

I paid 60$ thru doordash and the order was late and its overpriced for a taho its 6$ and online its 11$.. and its just a cup not worth it, tried to contact the resto but no response. The attached receipt is only 31$ i understand the tip service charge and there’s more it’s like we already ordered 3 meals but its mostly dessert ‍♀️. Disappointed

Literally the sweet and sour chicken was fire but the veggie rice tasted like dirty sink water. The dumplings fire, they forgot my spring rolls and egg rolls so I had to go back over all not the best experience but the food had 100000000 potential. Portion size was tiny, I had maybe 8 skinny pieces of sweet and sour chicken some pieces just fried batter… flavor on it was 100 they need to make bigger portions. They need to re think the fried rice as it tastes old and like sink water.

Probably won’t order again.
