Came for lunch on a Sunday around 13, plenty of room.

Ordered a curry with beef strips. The curry was good but the beef was incredibly dry. I had to drown it in soy sauce to be able to eat it.

I visited on a Tuesday afternoon at 13:00 and ordered a spicy ramen (€15.6) with extra pork (€4.0) and a sesame latte with soy milk (€4.4).

The sesame latte was very rich in black sesme flavor, while the spicy ramen had a very rich broth with the perfect amount of spiciness for an Asian from Hong Kong. The garnishes on the ramen was also very fresh and complemented the broth and noodles very well. It really tasted similar to ramen I have had back in Hong Kong and Japan.

The restaurant was quite busy and filled with people since it was lunch time. They played music from works of Ghibli Studio, which I would give extra points for!

In general, it is a great ramen in the square that serves close to authentic Japanese ramen!

Great location, service and decent atmosphere. I ordered the ramen with extra pork and they really delivered on the extra pork but the broth was a little too salty especially speaking as someone who likes extra salty food. Also there wasn’t a lot of noodles but that can be excused with the extra pork. Didn’t enjoy the ramen a ton to be honest. Staff was friendly and courteous.

We ordered a kimchi – that was really amazing; floral, citric notes with a hint of ginger, spicy and crunchy. Wow. Unfortunately that was the only thing worthy of our presence on that table.
After we read the good reviews, we took 2 different ramen. That is no way a ramen. Bland, no taste, barely could guess there is something there as aroma?! I ordered the pork one – as you can see there broth has no grease or whatsoever, any proof there was once an animal in there. And, again, zero taste, zero texture, zero per total.

Really really sorry.

Shoyu soup is so strong taste, I could feel that I am in Japan.
Such a quality level achieving!
Good dashi taste, salty and chashu is so soft and juicy!
Noodle is rare, thick type and chewy so much! My favorite.
Only soup temparature is not hot, adjusting to European, I think.
Another is good.
Come again!!
Better than DUS immerman Straße ramen taste!
1st floor has manga.
I enjoyed dragon ball

OMG!The BEST RAMEN everrrrr! I have never had such good ramen for a long time now! This little place in trier is a gem. We got super lucky to get a table without reservation but please do reserve as I saw myself around 6 groups go back due to the restaurant being fully booked! The Ramen is very good, spicy miso broth is perfect for this chilly weather! Relished til the last spoon of soup! The prices of course are very reasonable when compared to Luxembourg! The quantity is huge.So next time when you are in trier don’t miss this place at any cost thank me later!

PS: a little tip as soon as your arrive to trier book this place then go shopping, get hungry and eat here or call them (easiest option )

Hidden gem for authentic japanese ramen

+ rich flavourful broth
+ fresh chewy noodles
+ extra topping available (recommending adding extra noodles for a large bowl!)
+ good pricing (compared to overpriced Luxembourg)
+ friendly service

Good, small and cozy place. I’ve had my first ramen in life out there so I have no comparison with anything else if it was good. All I can say is the portion was huge and it was tasty. I was full very quickly. The service speaks English and they are very kind and fast. If anyone is wondering – 9 EUR per ramen. Overall, good place, will visit again to check out different tastes.
