Delicious! Decided to head to the coast today, ended up in Garibaldi at lunchtime. Saw on google maps that there was a food truck, so we went to check it out. It wasn’t just one, there were 4! Decided on this place because the menu looked so yummy – – hard to choose so we narrowed it down to 3 things to share – Vegetable Bowl with Tofu, Chibi Rolls with Chicken and Musubi. All were delicious. There is an outdoor area with several picnic tables, a bathroom and parking lot across the street. We will definitely be stopping by next time we are in the area.

So this amazing food truck is located right here on Highway 101 in Garibaldi, OR. I met both of the owners. Her husband, Tom is super friendly, and Patty, who I believe is a ray of sunshine on this cloudy coast. So I ordered the musubi. They are huge and tasty. One crumbled musubi into a bowl is am more than a serving. I will be back. I’m looking forward to trying out her other entrées. There are plenty of picnic tables out in the open. Behind her food truck is a beautiful, covered place to eat your lunch out of the rain or the hot sun. Stop by and let her cook for you. Super kind owners in a really nice spot in Garibaldi, OR.

Patty is amazing and kind and had great local recommendations for us! The food here is amazing, and a great deal! We came early in the morning and she had so many tasty options. We got the spam bowls, and veggie bowls and she had ginger and sriracha available to make the food even better! She is an amazing person and was so great to talk to, we will definitely come back whenever we’re in the area!

The owner is so nice delievering the food to my car (maybe because we were the first client of the day, and there weren’t that many people in the morning, during week days.) She and her husband cooked the noodles for (almost) two people. My hubby and I had the noodles for two sepatate meals since it was a lot of amount. The vegetables were fresh and the sauce for the noodles were delicious. They offered ginger and spicy sauce so generously. Would come here again for the tasty noodles and great service!

Yummy food and friendly service. My wife, kido and I were looking for a place to eat while visiting Garibaldi. While driving through town, we saw a food cart pod and at the north end of town, which catch our attention. One of our go to restaurants closed down, so we decided to check it out. Upon arrival, we were disappointed that only one of the carts was open. However we have it a chance and are very happy to have found Chibi Teriyaki. The Chicken Teriyaki bowl was great – the meat was tender, and cooked very well. Our son got a grilled cheese sandwich, which was also very good – soft bread and a lot of cheese! The owners were working the cart and were very welcoming and friendly. The prices were great – I’m used to paying near double for less quality in Portland, so this was a great find. We’ll be coming back for more!

This place is seriously the best. We camp nearby at a beach and always stop here to eat! The seaweed sandwich is the best onigiri ever and I love the teriyaki chicken bowl!!!

10/10 shoutout. The service was friendly the food as the kids say was bussin! gas and all of that! Definitely will be our teriyaki spot on our next trip out here. The chicken was soft and juicy the white rice was so fresh and clean and perfectly cooked! The sauce isn’t too sweet or heavy. Thanks for the filling tasteful lunch Chibi T!
