Chiavetta’s catered our wedding this past October at HayLoft in the Grove, and it was absolutely fantastic! Chiavetta’s has been a family favorite my whole life, and we wanted to give our guests (especially those visiting from out of town) a true taste of Buffalo. It was the perfect meal for a fall barn wedding.
We worked with Chris and Joel to craft the perfect menu and make sure all of the logistics were in place. On the day of the wedding, the chicken was cooked right onsite and was incredibly fresh. We had about 140 guests, and the buffet ran seamlessly filled with all of our favorites like scalloped potatoes, beef on weck, and macaroni and cheese. Even as a bride and groom with small appetites from the craziness of the day, Chiavetta’s really hit the spot and gave us the perfect fuel to get us amped up for the dance floor.
We were very impressed with the customer service, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about the food! I would absolutely recommend Chiavetta’s for a wedding or any large event. We were very happy with our experience!

They are AMAZING. The food that I picked up was ready on time. Actually I got to the shop a little early and they had everything with in 5 minutes loaded into the back of my car.Pulled Pork, Chicken, potato’s, Mac and Cheese my Son’s favorite. Graduation party, was perfect. Thanks!!!! ❤️

Have had food from here many times and love coming here. Unfortunately yesterday was a very different experience . I ordered the full rack rib dinner and another half rack. They were cooked poor and difficult to eat. Totally dried out and the meat was sticking to the bones. I live in Collins and picked up at 4:30 so by the time I got home and started eating it was too late to call and tell them about the problem as they close at 5 o’clock. Though my cat seemed to enjoy nibbling on the bones as they still have plenty of meat on them.

Great food and easy to work with while placing our order. 3rd year that we have relied on them for our summer party. Chicken was ready on time and pick up was so easy. The way they packaged our chicken kept it hot for several hours. No need to take up oven space. Highly recommended. You will be happy with their service.

I was very unhappy with the chicken. It was boxed up nicely but, they poured sauce in the bottom of pan which made chicken skin blubbery it was terrible!!!!

We had them cater our wedding, and everything was amazing! Everything was delivered on time and hot, and they were more than helpful with amounts we should get for our size. The chicken is unbelievable, and if you have the chan e you need to get the bacon mac and cheese. We literally had a guy stop his 5 year veganism for the brisket at the wedding. Wish I could leave 6 stars
