Ordered their Pad See Ew for lunch and if I could rate over 5 stars I would. It was delicious!! You can tell that everything was fresh and made to order and very authentic. I even called the restaurant to rave to them about how good it was. Can’t wait to order again!

I think they were short staffed on the Friday I attended. It took about 45 minutes to order. There was a table of two women that had already ordered. As well as another table, but I’m not sure if they ordered yet. There were customers doing takeout that assured us that the business is not usually behind like this. Now to the food. Once we ordered, our appetizers and entrees came out quickly. The dishes were delectable. 10/10. BYOB. The mango fried rice, mango & sticky rice, appetizers, and spicy basil fried rice were our favorites. We went on June 14th. Today is June 20th, and we are still talking about the food. Street parking available.

**Please read **Ordered from them for the first time last night and couldn’t be happier !! We ordered some pho through DoorDash because we wanted to try a new place, before the order even arrived I received not one but two calls from the restaurant that they forgot my noodles but were so sorry and even offered to deliver them to us !!! Time and time again we have ordered from any other place and items are missing and forgotten but never has a business taken it upon themselves to let us know they made a mistake and then offer to right the wrong !! Not only did they pay to have to noodles delivered to our home but in addition they did the sweetest thing and added in a free dessert as well ! All of this wonderful service was then met with an amazing meal !! The food was so delicious!! Probably the best pho we ever had and the mango sticky rice is to die for!! So if you stuck around to read this just know ordering from this place will be the best decision you make all day !!

My husband and I walked into this restaurant and were instantly impressed. The staff immediately seated us at a beautifully decorated table, which had carefully folded napkin decorations on top of the plate. The owner personally tended to us, and was warm and hospitable. We ordered our drinks and appetizers, which came out only a few minutes afterwards. I ordered a Thai iced coffee and water, and my husband ordered a coke. The straws had beautifully crafted roses atop each one, another indication of the care and attentiveness to detail that this restaurant strives for.
For meals, we ordered the Pho Ga and Beef & Garlic, and for dessert, the coconut sticky rice with sweet mango, and fried banana pockets. Between dinner and while waiting for dessert, we also were gifted a small scoop of vanilla ice cream with whipped cream and sprinkles on top, courtesy of the restaurant.
Everything was fresh, mouthwatering, and delicious.
I can’t say enough good things about Chiangmai Thai. I highly recommend this hidden gem, you will not be disappointed!

Went to Chiangmai Thai Restaurant on 166 Church street because the restaurant I planned on going to was packed tonight and what a pleasant surprise. Amazing quality food and kind service in a gentle setting.
The attention to detail is very refreshing and truly put a sprinkle in my eye.

Good food and good service. We had the calamari, wonderful. It’s breaded with tempora and comes with a sweet chili sauce cooked to perfection. For the meal I had the yellow curry with chicken and my daughter had the la naad noodles with chicken. The curry, though sweeter than I’m use to, was tasty. The service was excellent. Very attentive staff and very helpful when my mom ordered, she had never had Thai before.

2nd time’s a charm here at this place and was not disappointed .located right in the middle of downtown naugatuck .We had the sampler platter to start with which included two peppered shrimp rolls two spring rolls 3 fried shumai and 3 Rangoons with two kinds of sweet chili sauces.the drunken noodles with beef and the pineapple rice with chicken ……all fresh and well prepared as last time .definitely be a return sometime maybe in the spring where you can enjoy the walk downtown naugatuck’s many shops other restaurants and sights …don’t forget to order their Thai ice tea to go with the meal !!!!!!!!
