Visiting Chiang Rai for the first time with a friend, we honestly didn’t know what to expect but we were blown away. All the food was halal, which was a huge plus for us.
We tried the Tom Yum, Pad Thai, Khao Soi, and finished with mango sticky rice every single dish was absolutely delicious and full of flavour.
On top of the amazing food, Anu was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the service was truly spectacular.
This place alone is a reason to come back to Chiang Rai again. Highly recommended

This was one of the worst take out experiences I’ve had. The chef should not be working in this kitchen. Celery in coconut soup is unacceptable—the soup was overloaded with heavy cream, lacked any proper coconut flavor, and had no sour-sweet balance at all.The mushrooms literally tasted like old socks.
The green curry was overly sweet and completely unbalanced. In the mango salad, the pepper had a strong off smell, like it was chopped on a dirty or badly contaminated cutting board.
Overall, this showed poor technique, bad ingredient handling, and no understanding of flavor balance. Very disappointing

My friend and I went here and we both got the Pad See Ew. It was absolutely delicious!! We also got a slice of cheesecake and it was fantastic. The location was really nice, and the servers were all super friendly. Definitely recommend!

Found a literal piece of plastic in my chicken Pad Thai. I did not eat the rest of my dish because it clearly had been contaminated, and my friend didn’t feel comfortable finishing her food after seeing me pull plastic out of mine. Uber refunded my dish, but this is clearly a health safety issue.

This is truly a hidden GEM!! The food was awesome! What surprised me more was the presentation of the food. The food was very nicely presented and was yummy. The portions are VERY GENEROUS! We had to pack at least half of everything. And the price is also not expensive The pineapple fried rice is a must try item. I tried it with chicken and beef and liked the beef more. The ambience of the store is great. The staff were very professional and friendly. The only downside is the parking. They have very limited paid street parking. A parking hack would be to park at the Shoppers drugmart or the grocery store right across the street. The only thing I didn’t like was the Thai iced tea. It was very less strong compared to others i tried and the sweetness was low too. Overall a must try authentic thai restaurant!

Ordered via uber eats. The pad Thai was good but the $12 lobster add on was not worth it. I got a very charred piece of lobster, I could hardly chew it!

Chiang Rai rocks and is easily one of the best Thai spots in Toronto. I’m a huge fan of the beef salad and the Thai spicy pad Thai. If you can handle heat, it’s phenomenal actually spicy, but with real flavor, not just heat for the sake of it. The service is great, and the atmosphere inside is warm and inviting. Whether you’re dining in, grabbing takeout, or getting delivery, the food always hits and the presentation when dining in is especially nice.

I had visited North York branch today for my birthday dinner. Since it was my 30th birthday, a very special occasion and my favourite cuisine being Thai I wanted to celebrate at a very special restaurant with my family.
However, The service was very slow and the staff was not courteous. The food was also very average and lacked flavour. And the cherry on the cake was when my husband asked the server for if the do a complimentary birthday desert, moments later the server brought out mango and sticky rice and then charged us for it even though we asked for a complimentary desert, if at all. They mentioned to us there was miscommunication on their part and refused to remove it from the bill. He requested them to have communicated ahead of bringing it out, if it was not complimentary, and left the decision of ordering or not upon us. The mango and sticky rice overall did not taste good and felt like a waste of money.
The visit overall could have been much more pleasant and memorable. I emailed the management and they did not revert back to me either.
