Love this place! The sauces are amazing! I tried the General and the Orange sauce and they are incomparable to others you might try. Quality ingredients, caring staff. Especially the drive thru worker. Couldn’t ask for a better experience.

I love this place! By far Chi Time is the best place to get Chinese!! The workers are super nice, especially the one who took my order today. I went in with my friend and sister and we had no idea what we wanted! The man that took our order today was very patient, polite and never stopped smiling. The environment of the restaurant is very welcoming and we are always welcomed with friendly smiles. I’m not sure how many of the workers will see this but I hope they all had a good day today despite the gloomy weather.

I’m only giving 2 stars because of how fast and polite the staff is. No beef in the beef and broccoli (see photo) and it was flavorless, the egg drop soup was just strange. I will just have to learn to live with out decent take away until Chen’s reopens. I really did want this place to be good but sadly it’s a big NOPE for me.

My mom ordered a mushroom chicken with no extra vegetables . So just mushroom and chicken only. When she got home she opened it up and it had only chicken and rice . I called up there because this was my meal to eat and let them know that they gave me a mushroom chicken with only chicken that it did not have any mushrooms. The person who answered spoke with a lady in the background who said no we added mushrooms to the chicken that if I wanted to bring it up there so that they could take a look at it they would. So I did. I drove back up there and gave them their food showing there was no mushrooms… the server who had taken the order said he put it down as no vegetables. So thats why its only chicken and thats why there is extra chicken added we paid a 1$ already extra for that….. I said my mom ordered the food saying no extra vegetables… just mushrooms and chicken only…. then the lady behind the counter in the back room spoke up and said well if you want to play a 1$ more ill add mushrooms to this…. as customers we did nothing wrong our order taker made a mistake… to which the kitchen made the wrong order… and us your customers had to go out of our way to come back to get the correct meal… but was then told we now have to pay more… and was told as if its our fault…. how is that treating your customers with respect? I have been in customer service for many years.. and know our customers satisfaction come first and formost and should never place blame on the customer.. I was very kind and not rude… I told them they can keep it because im not paying more… and I left.. im sorry I have loved this place for so many years and thought better of them. But they have lost my whole families respect and service here.

The wait in the drive through was 35 minutes. Over half the crab Rangoon had no filling. It was just fried with nothing in it. The chicken was okay but the batter was different than what I’ve had before.

BEST CHINESE FOOD IN TOWN!! If they’re open You will notice… the foods so good the line will go all the way down the parking lot and the staff is so quick and nice!!!

If 0 stars was an option that’s what I would’ve gave them! Horrible, old food. Horrible customer service. Called to tell them they gave me old food because literally everything down to the rice was hard. The manager first lied and said it was made to order ( I was in the drive-thru for 3mins total) no way you can make 2plates of chicken and rice in that amount of time then continue to reapeadly tell me that she would only refund my money if all the food was there.( she was assuming I was looking for free food) after being rude to me twice I got rude back. Will never eat at this place again and I strongly urge you not to.
