My partner and I really enjoyed the ramen here! Each of our dishes was very flavorful and filling. I’d say it was worth the price knowing how big the proportions are and they give you lots of toppings! The environment is very cozy and clean as well. Thank you for the great food and experience!

The ramen itself is next-level. The broth is rich, flavorful, and clearly made with care — you can taste the depth in every sip. The noodles have that perfect springy texture, and the toppings are always fresh and generous. I tried the “Yinyang Bowl Ramen”, and it was perfection.
We also ordered the gyoza and karaage — both were crispy, juicy, and full of flavor. Everything came out piping hot and beautifully presented.
Chi Ramen easily rivals some of the best ramen spots in NYC — but with a chill Long Beach vibe that makes it even better. Highly recommend to anyone looking for authentic, comforting ramen by the shore. Can’t wait to come back!

Chi ramen has better tasting ramen than Sherry blossom and actually gives you a ramen spoon with your oder, not a fork.
They also dont require you to wait behind a long line of people ordering Poké Bowls to place your oder.
They have dedicated chefs for each meal to alleviate wait time
The staff is always polite and attentative
This is the only japanese place around were you can get a well made, traditional Omu rice.
Its incredible, and the dark brown sauce is rich and savory
Due to the difficulty of making it, it can take some time to get after ordering, and since only 1 can be made at a time, multiple orders from 1 table will take additional time to recieve
But it is incredible and worth the wait
The Ramen is very tasty, I am a huge fan of Tonkatsu ramen, and am very happy to be able to get a good bowl locally.

First time and my first impression is possible. The restaurant is very open and even has private seating areas for bigger groups. It reminds me of the locations that Ive visited in Garden City. I order the Miso Ramen which was very good. My wife ordered the Korean BBQ Beef which she enjoyed. We also added Gyoza dumpling which I recommend to get. I really enjoyed the place and will be visiting again. Adding the restaurant menu if youre interested in lunch specials.

It was my first time seeing such an amazing omurice! When you cut it open, the egg is half-set and flows out smoothly—visually it’s super appetizing. I rarely come across Kirin Ichiban at a Japanese restaurant, but they had it here! The omurice was delicious, the curry sauce had just the right amount of saltiness, and the ramen was also very tasty. The rainbow roll with wasabi was absolutely perfect! The most stunning dish was the matcha red bean pudding—it was hands down the best dessert I’ve ever had in the U.S.! (Not too sweet, but the matcha flavor was incredibly rich.)

Finally! I’ve made my first visit to CHIRAMEN! I couldn’t be more pleased! Everything was great! The service was awesome! The establishment was clean. I had the Spicy Tonkotsu Ramen and truly enjoyed the broth & noodles both. Let me add that the food came out within the blink of an eye! I also ordered the Matcha Pudding, which was a new try for me and it was delicious. The taste was mild and the texture was smooth. I wasn’t even mad at the red beans on the top. To top it all off, I enjoyed a refreshing lemonade. Absolutely delicious by the way!
