20250321 You can tell a restaurant is good based on its clientele. A Korean fried chicken place filled with Korean diners!!! It gave me some reassurance that the food is good when I saw pretty much all Koreans in this restaurant. The lady at the register taking ordered was very polite, nice, throughout and helpful. Exceptional customer service! I got the pork belly buns, and it was delicious! Generous size of pork belly covering the bun and i love the crunchy cucumber slices, scallons, etc… its the best I ever had. I got the combo small wings. The wings were tasty, crunchy and lean… not fatty at all. The spicy was eventuslly got spicy for me, and I love the honey ginger (?) wings. I will skip the spicy wings next time. The Chinese relish sides was ok. The flavor was lightly. The food is a bit pricey, but it is delicious!!

Tried the Korean fried chicken here and it did not disappoint! We got two flavors — the soy garlic (mild, savory, and addictively good) and the spicy, which brought the perfect amount of heat without overpowering the crispy coating. Both were perfectly crunchy and full of flavor. The chicken sandwich was equally as good with the best pickles. The vibe of the place is super chill, and the guy behind the counter was really friendly — he walked us through the menu and made great recommendations. Definitely a spot I’d come back to and highly recommend if you’re craving top-tier Korean fried chicken!

We have visited this restaurant several times because it’s nearby and we love their Korean fried chicken. Recently, we ordered a large combo (6 drumsticks and 12 wings) and a Pa Jun (scallion pancake) to enjoy at home. Both dishes were delicious. The Pa Jun was already seasoned and didn’t need dipping sauce. It was freshly made and fluffy. The Soy Garlic chicken was also tasty, with a perfect balance of saltiness from the soy sauce and sweetness from honey. We always enjoy the radish pickle that comes with it.

This restaurant is just special. Can’t order wrong on the menu. The chicken is crisp, the service is quick and friendly. Korean fried chicken is the best. Spicy is actually spicy. Plenty of tables, most sized to seat four. The owner pointed to best deals and even provided a few free samples (wings and kimchi slaw). Really felt at home here! Swing in when you’re hungry. Portion sizes are great. Lunch menu was optimal. Thanks so much for the great service! Will be back.

If you’re looking for the best Korean fried chicken in the area, this is it! The food is amazing, and the service is even better. We loved the fried chicken, pa jun (Korean pancakes), bulgogi buns, and mozzarella sticks. I am still dreaming about their kimchi slaw! Everything was delicious, and I’m definitely coming back soon.

AJ, the store manager, went above and beyond to make our experience great. He explained everything so well, and his service was top-notch. They offer halal beef and chicken, which was a big plus. Highly recommend!

Came here again 7 months later. Once again was offered a wing and chicken leg sampler. ❤️ This time I got the chicken tenders. They were huge! The place was once again extremely clean and the customer service amazing. I wish only good things for this small shop!

I do not leave many 5-Star reviews. This is one of them.

We came here on a whim one fateful Sunday and the experience, despite being entirely unplanned has, to put it straightforwardly, transformed the fiber of our very souls. We purchased the chicken, but it would be more accurate to say that the chicken purchased our affections.

Chi Mc is a pretty unassuming restaurant on the outside but, I kid you not, it was the smell that may or may not have been coming out of the place that lured us in. We walked into the store and were shocked to see that there was absolutely no one inside. We came around lunchtime on a Sunday, so it was a little surprising that there wasn’t anyone inside. Nevertheless, the manager (or whoever was working the counter that day) popped his head out from the kitchen and welcomed us in. He walked us through the menu and provided his recommendations (the fried chicken, obviously topped the list).

We placed an order for the bone-in wings that were a mix of both spicy and their soy garlic flavors and which point we took our seats.

The restaurant is really clean (which is saying something for a BBQ place) and there were plenty of places to sit. We had been sitting for a couple of minutes when the man (who I’m going to keep calling the manager), came around the corner with a tray. On it he had one soy garlic and one spicy wing for us to try, free of charge. He wanted to make sure that the spicy wings weren’t going to be too hot for us which was part offensive and part incredibly kind. We tried both wings and decided that we wanted them both.

The chicken itself took a long time to make, probably about 20 minutes, but the manager said it was because they were making the chicken fresh in the back, which was pretty cool.

A little while later the food came out piping hot…and I mean piping. In addition, the manager brought us out some kimchi coleslaw (one of his favorite dishes) for us, free of charge.

The food….oh the food….it was incredible. We were hungry, which definitely made a difference, but both the spicy and soy garlic wings were packed full of flavor. I don’t really know what that means, but it’s the only way I can think to describe what happened in my mouth. The noises that we made while consuming the food was both disgusting and, dare I say, appealing?

The spicy wings are, in fact, quite spicy. That, coupled with the fact that they are, from a temperature perspective, like molten lava when they come out of the kitchen, makes them a painful pleasure to enjoy. Your mouth begs you to stop, your stomach begs you to continue and ’round and ’round you go. Have some water handy to quench the flames.

The kimchi coleslaw was also really good and that’s saying something for a guy who doesn’t like coleslaw.

All in all, this place is awesome. The service is wonderful, the food is delicious and the price is expensive, but reasonable for the amount of food that you get. The combo plate was enough to feed our family of four and gave us leftovers.

We’ll definitely be coming back for more.

I recently had the pleasure of trying Korean fried chicken for the first time with my girlfriend, and it was truly a stellar experience. Not only was the food delicious and flavorful, but we had the added benefit of a truly helpful employee who walked us through the ordering process.

This employee was extremely kind, patient, and knowledgeable about the menu options, which made choosing our dishes a breeze. Every recommendation they made was spot-on, and they went out of their way to make sure we had a clear understanding of what we were ordering.

The food itself was nothing short of amazing. The Korean fried chicken was crispy, juicy, and seasoned to perfection, and it came with a range of delicious dipping sauces that elevated the meal even further. My girlfriend and I were blown away by the quality of the food, and we can’t wait to come back again.

Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a great Korean fried chicken experience. The helpful employee we encountered truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable and enjoyable experience, and we left feeling thoroughly impressed. We will definitely be back soon!
