Ingredients are not clearly given and meat is not clearly stated of what it is composed with. We ordered a sausage pizza expecting pork but tasted beef instead. Horrible for people with allergies. Service was OK. Atmosphere was decent. Food was good but not worth the price or risk of not knowing ingredients.

Solid fresh food everyday and great pizza best Italian in Simi Valley over the past 45+ years, by far. Authentic?, not so much, but well prepared good fresh flavors, yes. Been eating here since I was a kid, when one could still have a cigarette after a good meal. Those days are gone. Good food abound and even chicken fingers for the kids still great. I have been going to this Chi-Chi’s pizza since I was a child, as of this writing I am 59 years old!
So you would think that I’d be nostalgic about this place, you would be wrong.
The pizza is subpar and way, way overpriced. Other reviews have mentioned the cockroach problem I myself have never seen any bugs here but just having read that, it made me decide to go to Denny’s instead.
But we were here last Thursday nonetheless and the pizza is good if overpriced. It was because our friends had kids and we wanted a place that wasn’t too crowded so they could run around and be noisy.
I like the anti pasta salad. Everyone else had the pizza we got a pitcher of beer and some cokes.
Staff was very friendly, even though our kids were being monsters. All in all, it was OK I guess just very expensive very very expensive.

Who loves amazing tasting Italian Food and Pizza? I love Chi-Chi’s Meat Sauce Lasagna, Pizza, Stuffed Manecoti Shells, Tortilini, Eggplant Lasagna. Come get some Hand tossed Dough Pizza made seen through the Windows as you enter the restaurant. Take to go. Grab an Antipasto Salad as well Surprise menu item. They have the best tasting Pressure Air Cooked Chicken 3 piece or Half a Chucken with amazing Pressure Cooked Seasoned Thick Potato Finger Wedges! It’s amazing!!

Absolutely amazing! My favorite pizza place in Simi Valley by far. Great service, very caring staff. The food is so good! I haven’t tried the pasta yet but the pizza and bread rolls are insanely good. There’s also tasty Italian soda. Very clean tables and kitchen. Everything is very professional and cozy.

Best Chi-Chi imho!!!!
Came here for my first time on my birthday. Ordered a pizza, meat sauce spaghetti with mushroom, antipasto salad, and steamed green claims for bread. So full and no room for dessert! Good service and good food. I normally is not a pizza lover but strongly recommend their pizza! Also love the meat sauce spaghetti! my mom visited both this location and the one in Northridge, she said this place IS better!

I love the family vibes and positive energy that flows here it’s full of love and my babies love it it’s really like going to buy aunts house so happens to be Italian. However, I don’t have a tell you that but that’s what it feels like lots of good food. Lots of love I would recommend this place to all

So let’s here we waited over 20min to be seated. After we where seated it took another 20 maybe 20 min just to get water!! Thw waiter was lost. We got more help from the bus boy the the waiter. Our food was cold the pizza was supposed to be crispy it was Soggy. It toke 2 hrs 25 min to tonget food eat then pay insane. They need to focus on both in & out meals. I saw that the to go line was moving faster then the people inside. If it wasn’t for the bus boy I would give this place a 1 when it was a 5star place.

Not sure what happened, but the cheese is not the same. Making matters worse they now charge for bread, which they never did before. Not what it once was……salad was good but that was definitely not the hero.
