I am giving 5 stars for everything because staff were friendly, food fresh and delicious, and the vibes made me feel nostalgic with a homie feel. Our waitress was the best of all. Thank you so much Josefina this was our first time here as we just moved in the area few months ago. She was friendly and so helpful even while it was very busy! Thank you so much for this first time experience. Sometimes the service alone can affect whether or not I’d go back to an establishment and I appreciate Josefina for truly making us welcomed.

Great restaurant with great pizza and the lasagna is absolutely wonderful. One of my favorite salads is the chopped and pasta salad. You have to ask them to chop it however they do do it if you ask and it’s wonderful to enjoy a chopped salad. The bread rolls are so excellent serve served hot and very yummy. I like the way they make the pizza with the cheese on top of all of the toppings. I like to get extra cheese and sometimes if the chef is in a good mood, I order extra extra cheese and it’s just covered in cheese so you can’t see any of the toppings that’s the way I like it, not all pizza chefs like to make it that way, but if I can get them to it really makes me happy and I don’t mind paying double extra for the extra extra cheese

My bad experiences started earlier in the week at the location on Seco Canyon where after waiting for a table for over 5 minutes in a restaurant that wasn’t busy. I walked back into the 100 degree heat and ate somewhere else. Today I was seated at a table that was not fully setup around tables that were. Ordered all you can eat pasta and a appetizer dinner salad. When I received the salad, I had to go to the table across to get a fork. Halfway through the salad I got the fresh bread. Got my pasta but was never offered parmesan cheese which they make a big deal of. Ate it and then sat for 5 minutes. This was all you can eat, she never came back. I left to the men’s room came back paid my bill and see you Chi Chi’s. Our long time relationship since 1980 is done. It’s time to close!

The waitress was terrible! Worst service I ever had at a Chi-Chis! Didn’t listen to anything my friend and I said! My order was wrong and she didn’t even apologize! Had to get the kitchen mgr to do anything about it! Ive been going to their restaurants for close to 60 years! Maybe its time to look for other Italian food restaurants if they cant train the help anymore?

Chi Chi’s did a great job!! We always love the food at Chi Chi’s!! Our server, Jo was outstanding!! She’s was very attentive and pleasant. She kept returning to check on us. We order the all-you-can-eat pasta. The special for that ends at 3:30 and we were there just under the wire. Jo made sure we got our order in right at 3:30. Pasta was delicious as usual.

I love this place the food is good. The service is great & the atmosphere fits perfectly. I normally take it to go, but this time dined in, and I’m glad I did. Our server was great plenty of leftovers to take home.

I am not one to post negative reviews but after paying over $50 for pizza and wings I expected not to see hair baked into my pizza. I took a bite of pizza and was happy until a thin dark brown strand of hair got stuck between my teeth. I pulled it out then saw there was more of it baked into the pizza crust. I really expected more out of a place that got such good reviews. What a shame…

Been coming here my whole life! This restaurant is my family’s go to restaurant for family time or celebrations. I got the chicken parm this past visit and it was awesome! The pizza, salad and pressure fried potatoes….everything was GREAT! Definitely recommend coming here! The pasta is homemade from scratch!!
