I remember having awesome memories when I ordered from this place a couple years ago. I’m feeling bummed out and instead of enjoying myself I feel like I had to force my food down unhappily. My boyfriend didn’t like it either.
After spending almost $40 on a large pizza I felt a bit cheated. I got a half pepperoni,half pepperoni pineapple. I like pepperoni that’s placed on but not piled up and giant half pineapple rings and a mound of cheese. This pizza felt salty, messy and not very thoughtful. I regret it. I won’t be getting pizza from you guys anymore.

We went with our kids for late lunch. It was our first time there. The waitress was so nice, she recommended us , she gave us time, she helped us when my kids spilled all the water on the table… the athmosphere there was family friendly and that made us feel like at home.
Then the food was delicious. Our kids loved the kids menu. They ordered mac and cheese and chicken tenders. There were not left overs!! Me and my husband enjoyed homemade pasta which was so tasty, and the salad was just perfect. We highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back

We waited almost 20 minutes and no one greeted us. We were seated at a table with an already used wine glass. When the waitress finally came she said.
“Did we give you enough time?”. I said “WAY TO MUCH!”. She picked up the used glass and said… ” well this glass threw me off, I thought you been here for a while!”.

If you like bread… you need to experience this place The sourdough they bring out is so fresh and delicious it’s worth a visit just for that alone. Then there’s the pizza. We had the Pepperoni and another with half Canadian bacon pineapple, half tomato basil. They were all absolutely delicious! The service was also great. Our waitress was awesome and the right amount of attentive. One of the best pizza spots around here for sure!

Went to the Santa Clarita location for a small family get together. Been eating here for over 40 years. The food is amazing, as always, the service is fast, and all of the staff are so friendly!!! Shout out to BoBo, our server you treated us like family, and to the assistant manager, Javier, for checking on us and making sure we had everything we needed. All of the pasta dishes are amazing, and the pizza, up there with the best!! Can’t wait to go back.

When you and the family crave Chicken parmigiana, pasta, and pizza, you hop in the car and go to Chi-Chi’s Pizza. The taste is always consistent. Portions are huge leaving you with plenty of leftovers, and the atmosphere is very welcoming and family friendly. The prices are reasonable for the quality and large size portions. If you enjoy mozzarella cheese then you will love Chi-Chi’s.

Went as a first time customer and my expectations were blown away!
The food was amazing, better than I hoped. They gave me a nice decent portion of spaghetti too. Our waitress was very attentive but not annoying or hovering. Had my first Italian cream soda here and that alone sealed me as a returning customer.
My only issue was the state of the restaurant from the inside. It looks as though as some parts have seen better days and may need an upgrade. I’ll be returning, regardless!

Chi-Chi’s pizza never fails to impress! Despite a packed Saturday at 6 pm, we snagged a table immediately. The pepperoni and olive pizza were a taste sensation with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The pressure-fried chicken tenders and potato wedges added a delightful twist to the Italian menu, a must-try! Although the interior is a tad dated, the food steals the spotlight. Watching the skilled cooks toss pizza dough adds a charming touch. I’ve also savored the incredible chicken Parmesan in previous visits – two large chicken breasts, loads of cheese and sauce, and the highlight: homemade fresh pasta. Chi-Chi’s is a culinary delight every time!

This place has the best food and atmosphere in SCV. My family and I have been coming here for over 20 years and have not found a place with better pizza. My husband who Travels a lot for work and has tried dozens of “famous” Pizza places and has still not found a place that can compete with Chi Chi’s. The wait staff is incredible, but we always ask to be seated with our favorite: BO! When my kids are back in town from College, the first request is always Chi Chi’s. We can’t remember the last time we looked at the menu because our order is always a Family Antipasta salad, easy cheese/ crispy medium pepperoni and onion pizza, and shells with meat sauce! A must try in Santa Clarita!
