Every item I ordered was delicious. Crabcake Benedict, Breakfast potatoes, coffee. And the most delicious cinnamon bun I have ever tasted. Baked on the premises. Every employee had a smile on their face and they were engaging. I cannot say enough good things about the owner. A very nice man willing to sit down and have a conversation with perfect strangers. Prices are very reasonable.

If you have not been to this little Gem it is a must. We were on a small weekend trip and stumbled upon it. I am so glad we did. The staff is lovely, attentive and so friendly. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was so homey. We live an hour from this Cafe and I would definitely make the drive just to come here. Amazing!!!

I was just there Monday, the 24th. All I got was a bagel and coffee. Sat at the counter. Service was great and the food came up quickly. When you order your meal, The girl (s) who are waiting/serving you, put the order in quick and your meal comes out just as quickly, served fresh, hot and ready to be eaten.

My husband and I have been patrons of the Chi Cafe for almost 30 years. Food is always great. Breakfast happens to be my favorite but the lunch is incredible too. The staff greet you as soon as you walk in the doors and always keep smiles on their faces. Plus, the fact that it doesn’t cost a fortune is appreciated. Our granddaughter had the stuffed strawberries and cream French toast. If you go by how good food is depends on the opinion of 6 year old picky eaters, she left with a full belly and a smile. Great food, great staff, and great prices.

This was our first time here. Atmosphere was nice and our waitress was very polite. I had to give just four stars because, although the food was good, I found a small piece of hair in my bowl after finishing the grits. That was disappointing because I had already ate it all.

Man I wanted this to be so great! Such cute decor and my server was really sweet. I told them I had Celiac (as Google Maps had recommended this place when I searched “gluten free breakfast”); however, when I asked if they had GF bread, the girl looked at me with deer in headlights eyes. The cheesesteak omelette is LITERALLY just eggs, cheese and steak…no peppers, mushrooms or onions. Pretty boring. Grits were tasteless, even with the butter, but the coffee was divine and the fruit salad (that I paid extra for) was fine. Standard grapes and melon. Kind of a bummer, and I’ll keep looking.
