We had an amazing night at Chez Rosa! We had Veronica as our server who made us feel so welcome and special. We had the filet mignon & gnocchi. The fries were the perfect texture! The gnocchi had a lemony & tarragon flavor that was unique yet so delicious! We were so impressed with Chez Rosa that we would recommend it to anyone! The upstairs is absolutely gorgeous too! Our meal and experience was a 10/10!

I chose this restaurant for a fancy night out for a bachelorette weekend, and it did not disappoint. We had a few guests with dietary restrictions, and our waitress was sure to notate them first off and let the chef know. Food was EXCELLENT, and they even provided a complimentary toast (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) for us! I would definitely go back, everyone was so impressed with the food and drinks!

WOW. What a fabulous experience. We came here to celebrate my mom’s birthday with a special dinner and this adorable restaurant did not disappoint. From the beginning the service was exceptional and detail oriented. We mentioned it was my mom’s birthday and they had a special little sign saying birthday in French and we got a nice little chance to toast to the occasion on the house.
Our server Kirsten was so lovely and attentive.
We all loved our dishes. I had the Parisienne gnocchi, my husband had the short ribs and my mom the steak frites. You could tell they use fresh and local ingredients when possible and everything tasted made to order. The French fries were out of this world. Best we’ve ever had. Please do yourself a favor and try them.
They had an extensive drink menu and a killer Bordeaux by the glass.
I highly recommend dining here. We can’t wait for an occasion to drive over from New Hampshire and dine here again.

Celebrated our anniversary here,lovely mood lighting. Food was excellent, Mr Right had filet mignon with frites and bordelaise sauce and garlic ailioli. I ordered mussles with white wine, garlic and pasta. Both meals were excellent. Try the fondue we had that for the appetizer, very fun. The waitress brought us a special non alcoholic drink to toast our anniversary. (We are not drinkers).

We loved our experience at Chez Rosa tonight. The service was wonderful, the atmosphere was lovely, and the food was delicious!! We got the fondue, the gnocchi, and the 1/2 chicken (with incredible crème brûlée for dessert). My husband and I both agreed that it was our favorite meal we’ve had during our trip to Maine so far. So good!! The portion sizes are just right — not too much, not too little. The plating was beautiful and the flavors were just divine. I wish we lived here in Maine so that we could dine here more often. Five stars all the way around!

We had a great meal a Chez Roza. The staff was fantastic, and our server was exceptional, friendly and engaging without hovering close by.
The food was fantastic, I had the onion soup which was great, a nice amount of bread in the soup and covered with cheese.
The cheese fondue was great, that and the salad was a perfect meal for two allowing for a tasty dessert.

We decided out the blue to have dinner but we tried to make a reservation on a Saturday night obviously the books were full. YAZ managed to fit us in and that was the start of a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely phenomenal!!! Everything about our dinner was amazing ( we ordered 3 entree’s lol) my wife and I enjoyed every bite. Now service during our time there from the moment we walked through the door until we were finishing our night was perfect. I am a Chef myself and I can’t express how delightful our experience was last night. We will certainly be back . The FOH Staff was amazing Morgan (222) is a gem . We will be recommending this place to everyone thank you again for an amazing dining experience!!!!

Very nice experience. We would try it again! The steak and frites was fantastic. The cocktails were actually some of the best I have ever had… I was not a fan of the fondue however. Maybe it was just me but I found it odd dipping cold potatoes and a cheap cut of boiled ham chunks in cheese. Anyways. Other than that it was great and I do highly recommend.
