Simple. Elegant. Flavorful. Thoughtful. I really like a restaurant that doesn’t make a big fuss about much. CPB should make a big fuss becuase there’s a lot to rave about. For the palettes enthusiast, the menu is simple and limited, thoughfully crafted for eternal pairings and satisfying the craving for sexy, robust, fulfilling flavors. Limited wine selection.
Ambiance is perfect. On a Friday night, not too crowded and mostly couples.
Service was on point. Greeted, seated, drinks then given time to analyze the menue.
We had French opinion soup, clam chowder, fettuccine and rib eye. Not one complaint.
Thank you CPB!

This dining establishment offers a truly delightful experience. The staff provided exceptional service, contributing to a very pleasant atmosphere. The cuisine was outstanding, exceeding all expectations. We were particularly impressed by the attentiveness and professionalism of several team members: Arturo, Edgar and the chef.
It is a venue highly recommended for its superb food and welcoming ambiance.

My husband reserved us a table for Valentine’s Day brunch to avoid the crowds, and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we arrived, everything about the experience was amazing. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive.
It truly made our Valentine’s celebration feel special and relaxed. I would highly recommend this place for any occasion, and we will definitely be coming back!

While I didn’t try it, our table of seven gobbled up the breads and pate. We all did the three courses, and ordered off the menu. The salads weren’t spectacular, and the goat cheese was pretty much missing from the goat cheese salad. Two people ordered the French onion soup, and both really enjoyed it. Everyone who tried the escargots liked them, too. Dinners we’d recommend are the tartare, veal, and braised beef. Everything was tasty and fresh

Chez Pierre in Palm Desert feels like stepping into a charming French bistro. The atmosphere is beautiful and inviting, and everything we ordered was delicious. The bread and pâté alone deserve an A+.
It’s one of the rare places where you can find traditional delicacies like beef tongue, organic liver, and veal kidney on the menu, which is a treat for anyone who appreciates classic French cuisine. Their fish is all wild-caught, and the wine list is thoughtfully curated and approachable.
The prices are very reasonable for the quality and experience. A wonderful spot for an authentic French meal in the desert.

Hidden Gem in the Palm Springs – Palm Desert area! Food was delicious, service was attentive not intrusive, good house wines and menu had something for everyone. We had the caesars salad, escargot (such a treat) and a few other apps, then the fish special entree and a pasta. All were very good, well prepared, good ingredients, and the deserts – do not miss the chocolate mousse. Dining room is charming and we could hear each other speak! Thank you for a wonderful evening.

Lovely and cozy French bistro. Food was great and service was very attentive. We loved the frog legs and the chicken liver pasta. They also surprised me with a birthday dessert! I did not mention my birthday when making the reservation and it was two days away but they brought me a chocolate mousse and sang me the birthday song. What a pleasant surprise! I love this restaurant and will definitely be visiting again next time we are in town.

Traditional French bistro, honest good food, well prepared, friendly services and attention to all details , including the delicious mousse with warm baguette. The chef and owner was there greeting every customer, you don’t see that kind of customer service nowadays.
The prix fixe menu is absolutely the best value you can get in town.

My wife is Parisian and my blood is Italian, i grew up in Rome and Paris, for 50 + years we have dined everywhere from Tunisia to Cascais at the tip of Portugal to the north of Italy where the polenta is served directly on a marble table……I say this because although we are local , we have been around and speak 4 languages between us….so when we say that our first visit to Chez Pierre was a wondrous culinary delight with authentic vintage French music , first class service , keen attention by the owners as they glide table to table ( old school ) making sure everyone is is satisfied , trust us , we highly recommend this beautiful establishment , even the valet parking gentleman was kind and very polite
We were Immediately charmed by a very lovely hostess who made us feel welcome as we entered and were seated in a cozy corner spot we were Immediately engulfed in a different era of etiquette and old world charm ~ we will be back Indeed.
