Small restaurant, simple decorations, always packed. Had a filet de boeuf served on a copper pan in a traditional fashion, came with good French fries, authentic. A very rich wine choices. Memorable.

While we had a good meal here in the past today the food was awful and we will not be back. The presentation is attractive but the food lacks flavor. The fish was either not fresh or over cooked, the entree had no taste at all. The escalope arrived with such a large portion of frites that must have been fried multiple times. At our visit over the summer the staff was lovely – not today. Very disappointed.

Quite simply the best food you’ll find in St-Germain-En-Laye At under Eur 40 per person for 3 courses and drinks and coffee. One of those few restaurants where everything is delicious.

Excellent option for steak, which can sometimes be a challenge in France for certain tastes. What was surprising was that this was a family friendly restaurant and had good food; often these are mutually exclusive. We were very happy with the service.

Small, intimate and great food. No English menu so having Google translate helps. My only comment to the restaurant would be to add more vegetables on the main dishes, or offer the opportunity to add vegetables as a side. But it was wonderful and I would return
