Our first visit. Unique decor and atmosphere. Plenty of menu choices but very different than a regular Mexican style restaurant. Food was delicious with reasonable prices. Very efficient and kind server. Look forward to going again.

This is a hidden gem in Knoxville. It’s really hard to find tucked away in the corner with no noticeable signage but you definitely want to find it. We tried the chili con queso, fish tacos, cuban quesadilla and they were all really good. The staff is super helpful and even when busy they never leave you needing anything. The bartender makes some really great drinks as well. We will definitely be back!

Started with the chips and salsa and my wife had a strawberry margarita. Had the chicken Acapulco and the chicken fajitas. Both dishes were hot and tasty. The fajitas were more than enough for one person. Good service and great food. I finally found a good Mexican restaurant.

Amazing food & margaritas! This was my first time here & I was very impressed! Waited for 30 minutes for a table for 2 around 5:30 – not terrible – there just isn’t really anywhere to sit or stand while waiting. Service was a little slow at the start because they were SO busy, BUT it was definitely worth it! Great atmosphere! We’ll be back often! Loved it!!!

Everything was saturated strongly with cumin. The restaurant was dark and very loud, and once my eyes were adjusted, if I hadn’t as already ordered the lack of cleanliness would have prompted me to leave and go elsewhere.

Very funky atmosphere, mediocre food. It’s a great spot but the food is just regular americanized Mexican food….menu needs a more authentic revamp. Most of the good looking photos on this listing are specials and aren’t on the regular menu, like the egg rolls and Mexican corn. Also, overpriced for sure.

Food was excellent, our waiter was not up to par though. We ordered margaritas n I literally had to get up go to the bar b grab our drinks as the waiter went to the bar 4 or 5 times n never brought it to us so after 30 minutes it was a given that he was not going to bring them to us.

The food was good but it took a long time (30min from ordering) It was crowded and we waited near bar for a while. It seemed they don’t enforce covid practice. People were sitting at the bar less than 6 feet apart and some were eating. The tables weren’t 6 feet apart either. I would come back if they are more mindful about safety.

Easily the strangest, most delightful restaurant in Knoxville. There’s no outside signage so you’ll have to look for it, but well worth the search. Inside it’s very dark and eclectic, but the food is simply unmatched. From the Elvis Burrito to the Condoleeza Rice (my personal favorite) to everything else in between, you just can’t go wrong. It’s become one of our go-to restaurants, but go hungry, don’t fill up on chips and salsa (which are fantastic), and get there early to avoid the crowds. You won’t be disappointed.
