My first time here, I’m in town for a cheer convention and Chex is amazing! The wings were fresh, flavorful, and honestly some of the best I’ve had in a long time. Everything came out hot and perfectly cooked.
The service was just as good ,Yazmin took care of us and she was super friendly, patient, and made sure we had everything we needed. You can really tell she cares about the customers.
If you’re looking for great food and great service, Chex is definitely the spot. Highly recommend!

Very good wings, the Strawberry hot was extremely good, the Ex-Hot had good flavor but wasnt very hot (to me at least): fries were very good and plenty. Only down fall was the Blue Cheese very thin and watery, not to good, a better then average homemade blue cheese would make this place legit.

I stopped by Chex Grill on Freedom today and I just have to say everything was AMAZING! I ordered the Mama Flavor wings, and whew, they were so good perfectly seasoned, crispy, and full of flavor. You can tell they put love into their food!
Gabbie took my order, and she was such a breath of fresh air. So patient, kind, and bubbly she made me feel genuinely welcome and turned my whole day around with her energy. It’s rare to find customer service like that anymore, and she definitely stood out.oh and it wasn’t a long wait!
Oh, and the cheesecake… absolutely delicious! Creamy, rich, and the perfect sweet ending to an already great meal.

The food is always fresh and hot and LOVE their lemonade. I had ordered a 10 piece wing and they left out 3 wings and the guy Khalil offered me a free piece of cake and he brought me back the wings in under 10 seconds! He was so nice from the ladies to front to him. Everyone was just so nice friendly patient and helpful

I was driving around Charlotte, North Carolina during a storm, and coming from Texas, I didn’t expect to find much open. Almost everywhere was closed! Then I stumbled upon this place by pure accident. Best accident ever. The food was absolutely top notch, hands down one of the best meals I’ve ever had. The cashiers seems to be nice so the service is good. However, today, I asked one of the cashiers if all the flavors were wet and she said yes so because of that, I ordered the garlic Parmesan as one of my two flavors and when I got it, it was dry so that was a little disappointing but other than that, the flavors are pretty good, but for some people like myself, that can’t have anything spicy for medical reasonsyou have to be careful with some of the flavors that don’t necessarily say hot or spicy because the same cashier today told me that one of the flavors, I was Told a few days ago isnot spicy Is spicy and previously another flavor that I thought wasn’t spicy is spicy.
