I can’t say enough good things about this restaurant. I was in town for a few days with work and ate here my 2nd and 3rd nights. Wish it had been my 1st night too. Simon, the bartender was great. Mango Margarita was great, some of the best queso I’ve had and the rest of food tasted awesome and fresh. Tortillas made in house. When I’m back in town, I’ll definitely be eating here again.

I stopped in for a quick lunch. I ordered the chicken flautas and a beverage. The food was okay, nothing exciting, pretty average. The service matched the food. Average. Family of 6 had dinner at the Boomington location by MOA to celebrate my daughter and my birthdays. So many good choices on the menu but then a server went by our table bringing fajitas to another guest. The aroma was so incredible I changed my order on the spot! “I want whatever that was!”. Steak cooked perfectly and served in a wonderful tray holding the sides instead of a crowded batch of plates. The little corn bread was so yummy too. Everyone’s food looked & smelled great! Our waitress Yamilay (?) was kind, patient and efficient. We’ll go back soon.

Nachos are something I always look forward to. The ones here were pretty good. The one thing I will say is that I did not like was that they charge extra for salsa refills. That’s a first. Service was smooth and interior looked very clean.

Sorry, we were so hungry that we didn’t take any pictures. First time eating here for 2 of us. Food was decent. Didn’t care for the tamales but the mini chimi was the bomb. Also they left the seeds in the chile relleno. Which is odd. I did a pickup. So I can’t speak for the atmosphere there but it looked pleasant.

We go here often for special events, but it’s a place I could eat at daily. They have great food, good deals on food and amazing staff. Worth a visit for any occasion. Make sure to try the flats with the spicy jam sauce, you can thank me later.

We enjoyed out dinner tonight. We got there just in time to get the happy hour deal on margaritas. I had the farmers market quesadilla and hubby had the fajita salad. Both were well prepared and tasty.

If you are trying to decide on where to go between TGI Fridays and here choose Chevy’s! We made the mistake of attempting to dine at the TGIFridays next door first. We thought we weren’t in the mood for Mexican but we found out we actually weren’t even more in the mood of being disrespected and insulated! So we didn’t walk but ran to Chevy’s following encounters with a rude host and drunkard patrons at the bar and incompetent manager over there. If that hadn’t happen so wouldn’t have gotten the chance to eat the good meal we had here! I had the shrimp and crab blue enchilada, it was so good even without the spicy habanero sauce. Their pineapple upside down cake dessert is out of this world! Margaritas delicious and strong even for happy hour prices! Just beware they will not apply Homewood Suites’ 10% discount during Happy Hour. But it’s ok. The friendly host, helpful server delicious fast served food and the manager who stopped by each table to ask how things were all deserve the 5 stars! TGI Friday’s employees should take lessons from Chevy’s on good customer service and proper restaurant management!
