The food was FANTASTIC! We ordered their mozzarella sticks, chicken tenders & cheeseburger. The BEST food we’ve had recently!!! Definitely worth a try!

We were in Murphy NC for the first time. A local recommended Chevelle’s 66. It was located in a cute part of town. The service and food were Fantastic! The atmosphere was cool too. The bison burger was amazing and the jalapeño burger was great too. This is a casual cool place to eat and great prices too.

Love to got to this place when I’m in Murphy, the one my reason I gave the food 4 stars is I had their lunch burger and it was weak! Their normal burgers are great, but the lunch was a tiny patty on a huge bun. Their normal burgers service is alway great and the place it a must see!!

Seriously great food in a local dive bar. We tried the Hummer and the Pastrami sandwich. Both were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly. The Hummer (Reuben) was the best we’ve had and I would order it over and over. Our waitress was precious and very attentive.

My steak was delicious and so was the salad my son ordered. The potato was okay and the mozzarella sticks were super tasty (I wanted more though). The service was spectacular and all the staff was super friendly. Very good place and would definitely go back.

Salmon was just okay and when I visited on April 25th, it was room temperature it was sent back to be reheated and truffle parmesan potato wedges were good. I would like to thank the waiter who gave us great service even with the mishap she served up salad to us. Enjoy the live music! This is the only reason why I have given it a four star.

While in Murphy NC, I was looking for a place that had a great vibe and great food. We definitely found it here at Chevelle’s! When we walked in my first thought was “this seems like a cool dive bar”. But after getting our food I realized the people in the kitchen have some skills. My girlfriend ordered the chicken tenders and asked if she could have them grilled instead of breaded and fried. I just knew she would be disappointed with that decision . They came out perfectly cooked and with great flavor. Probably the best we have had. The Reuben sandwich that I got was on point. Done to perfection! The service was excellent as well. Highly impressed with this place.

Food is always good and the drinks are really good. The service is excellent. The owners and staff treat their patrons well. There are different theme nights (live music, karaoke…) that attract a diverse crowd. This is a bar and restaurant where you can spend the whole night and not leave hungry or thirsty.

This was recommended several times while on vacation. Seems that some of their menu is seasonal. The mozzarella sticks are pricey but completely worth it! They are hand cut for sure and clearly freshly made. I had the lamb chop lollipops and my husband had the hot wings. Service was a bit slow especially for a Friday night. They do have live music on Fridays however for the hour that we were there all the band seemed to be doing was setting up. Would recommend the mozzarella sticks but not anything else we had. Would to give it another try!

Just took my son for his birthday. First time here. I’ll be honest. The portion size for what I paid, was pretty bad. I had the philly steak for $18. It was tasty, but really small. And a small amount of fries. Not a fair value by any means. Left hungry.
Also, the service was very, very slow and it wasn’t crowded. Took forever to get food and long waits to be checked on for refills and to get the check.
I also thought this place was going to look fancier/nicer inside, especially based on prices. It’s “meh”.
