I’ve been coming to this restaurant for a while and always supported them, even when I found hair in my food the first time — I decided to let it slide. But it happened again today, and when I politely asked for a refund, the worker got rude and threw the receipt at me, saying “goodbye” in front of other customers. That was really unprofessional.
I’ve always appreciated the owner’s kindness and the discounts they’ve given me, but the hygiene and customer service today were unacceptable. I hope they take this seriously and improve because I used to genuinely enjoy coming here.

One of the cleanest and clean tasting places I’ve been to in the area of “boston” from western mass … Springfield and being big on breakfast over dinner this place is saved under visits… nice small spot, parking a little difficult just because I’m not used to the surroundings. But Def recommend!

Today 2/20/2021 was my first time here. I loved the cleanliness it was visually pleasing!! The design works well with seating and ordering g to go.
The food was true to size meaning 2 egg whites looked like 2 egg whites for me I like that I don’t want it to look like 4.
The food was well cooked and served on ceramic white plates as the coffee was served with a cute white bowl looking saucer.

Pretty good diner! The food was good, staff friendly, and overall affordable. The only thing was that it didn’t have any seating for more than 2 people other than the bar.

Just had a great breakfast at Chestnut Hill Restaurant. The place doesn’t look like much, but the staff and what they serve is great. It offers a great variety of classics and favorites for breakfast, and has some great lunch selection as well. Good food, made exactly like I asked for, and the staff is so friendly and clearly wants to create a memorable meal. Thanks so much. I will definitely return.
