Founded as a classic Wisconsin drive-in in the 1950s, Chester’s has evolved from carhop burgers into high-volume food trucks, a fixed waterfront location on Lake Michigan, and now into downtown Pensacola. Our roots are Midwest through and through, built on simple food done right and served fast without cutting corners. We bring authentic Midwest flavor to the Gulf Coast by partnering with local Pensacola butchers and bakeries for fresh, high-quality meats and buns, while importing our Wisconsin cheese curds, brats, and signature ingredients to stay true to where we started. Our menu features butter burgers, cheese curds, brats, chicken, fries and more — made to order. Perfect for lunch, dinner, catering or any other occasion.

This will be a regular place for me!!
Ordered a double bacon cheeseburger, cheese curds, and Big Jerk soda. A bit over $24 including tip.
Cheeseburger: totally underwhelming. Does not look anything like the pictures. Mostly heavy bun with the meat barely visible between the buns. Taste was OK but very salty. If you order a single, expect to ask yourself, “where’s the beef” like the old Wendy’s lady did decades ago. Not even close to a top 10 burger in the Pensacola area. I should have taken a picture.
Cheese Curds: prepared well but very salty. Between this and the burger, I probably maxed out my sodium intake for the week.
Big Jerk Cherry Limeaide: Can’t go wrong here. Spectacular.
Overall, a one and done for me. YMMV. Be warned, they gave me my food at 610pm and then immediately closed for the evening. So don’t expect it to be open until 8pm as advertised. I don’t think this food venue will make it.
Speaking of food venues, this business was the only one open at 6pm on a Wednesday evening at The Garden food trucks. I have no idea how this place continues to exist.
