We’ve been to a few other burger places here in San Antonio, and this one has been my favorite. The burgers are delicious, juicy, and the bread is also slightly toasted. The fries were not all that great, so we also ordered the onion rings, and THOSE are great.

I first ate at Chester’s in 1992 and thought it was great back then. For some odd reason, i haven’t eaten there in a long time. Today my kids were asking for a good burger and we just happened to drive by Chester’s and i said, “hey they used to have good burgers” So we stopped in for a try. I’m happy to report they’re still a dang good burger joint with fresh cut fries. My kids loved them as well. There is a reason why Chester’s has been around as long as it has; they make a great burger! Highly recommended!

I finally came to try this restaurant and I must say it is definitely one of the best burger in town. Burgers are pretty big and juicy. Their indoor seating is very unique. Burgers come with lettuce, tomato, mustard, pickles, cheese and onions. Only kids meals include the fries. They do sell beer, wine and Ice cream.

Burgers are nothing special. But good non the less. Fries are garbage however. Their beer selection is OUTSTANDING. Very clean restaurant, and excellent service. Prices are too high for what you get. I got 2 burgers with fries and it was 30 bucks. I didn’t feel like that meal was worth 15 bucks. Not when I could have paid 10 bucks at Whataburger.

Great Burger, Great service, Awesome Fries! I really enjoyed the poppy seed hamburger bun! I left my Sunglasses on the table. The employee working was able to give me my glasses back before I left the parking lot! Great Double Cheese Burger !

Burgers were delicious. The ala cart menu was less than appreciated as a meal takes it over ten dollars every time with just a fountain drink. The burgers are Truly the best I had had here in town thus far. I like the old school atmosphere and mix of sixties music. It’s a order then sit where you will place which makes it nice for big families. I’d definitely go back

It was OK, average the bacon cheese burger was a little dry. And I’ve had better juicy before. Onion rings were OK. I expected better. The service was slow, especially when I wanted a refill on my tea. In all honesty, I expected more smiles and a sense of gratitude that people support this establishment.
