Unfortunately, my recent experience at Eagle Travel Stop but Chester’s was the name of the restaurant left much to be desired. The chicken was undercooked and overly breaded, making it quite disappointing. While I’ve had positive experiences with gas station food in the past, this meal was simply unacceptable.
Additionally, the customer service was lackluster. I received a lukewarm welcome from both the server and cashier, which made me feel uncomfortable. Given the quality of the food and the service, I decided not to pursue a refund.
I hope to avoid similar experiences in the future.
