I always stop by the Love’s Travel stop Sinton, TX for a driving break and to have Chester’s Chicken Livers. I’ve gone there for many years and realized it’s time for a review. Their chicken livers are marvelous! They are always deep fried while you wait. The wait time is about 10 minutes. We’ll worth it.
Their other items on the menu can be prepared in advance. I didn’t see any fried okra and that’s is another food that I’ve enjoyed.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly.

This time their dinning area was festively decorated for Christmas. There’s a tree and the chair back and table tops had covers.

It definitely worth the stop.

Had to wait on the chicken for 10 minutes to be cooked. It was dry and tough. Didn’t get any biscuits because they were out (would have to wait longer for them) and the green beans and potato wedges were not cooked all the way. This was at 6pm and they were not that busy.

Two things. Famous for getting served quick is wrong. 20 minutes to get gizzards is wrong. Standing and waiting to get served is wrong. Not having a customer service number to call is wrong. Your whole operation is wrong and I will never recommend your facility to anyone.

I just ordered a 3 piece chicken. That chicken was the worst chicken I have ever had. I didn’t even finish it. It had no taste and it was dry. Management must know these and still serve this embarrassing chicken.

They advertise that they sell liver’s but I have been there over 10 times and they never have them. The potato wedges are always cold and very tiny. To expensive for what you get
