Walk in to get something to eat and to a great surprise Chester and a great delightful looking chicken and sides. Robert had the food line looking great. The food was placed in order not just thrown around. Looking forward to the next time to stop here.

Talk about someone being rude…. It’s bad enough that at opening time there’s no chicken. So I had to make a second trip. Employee rings up the purchase, I’m going into my pocket to get change, and I guess she felt I was going too slow, and by the time I got my change, she hurry up and close the drawer, saying that the drawer is closed! WTF? On top of all of that, didn’t even offer me a bag for my purchase. And these ignorant young people want $15 an hour? Needless to say, this will be my last purchase here as far as Chester’s or Subway (the employees switch sometimes).

Very VERY poor service! Was not hardly responded to. Did not have much to offer was out 9f almost every thing. And when asked what I wanted as an additional side I responded with” just do extra wedges because there’s nothing else to choose from “… I didn’t even receive the wedges. So not only did I have poor service, Poor food quality, I got ripped off to… its b.s. will not be coming back

The dude asked what he could help us with and then proceeded to state that the guy next to him was counting his drawer so they are closed. All that chicken going to waste. Also why ask what he can help us with if he’s just going to say they are closed. Why not just say hey we are closing right now.

Corporate needs to step in and do something about this place….service is terrible, its filthy, ect… I’ve always have had good experiences at the Chester’s locations across the country…until I came to this joke of an establishment.
