You guys need to audit this store and make it worth visiting. The only good thing was the price….but …not for what you get!
I do not recommend anyone to order it unless they make some improvement on the quality! And here I want to mention that it wasn’t the first time the restaurant disappointed me in a different location!.
I stopped by Chester’s at Love’s Travel Stop in Greenville, IL and had one of the worst customer service experiences. I ordered three chicken thighs and simply asked if ranch was extra. The middle-aged lady at the counter (around 45-50 years old) got extremely offended by my question. When I asked if all locations charge extra or just this one, she rudely snapped, “Only my location,” and then aggressively asked, “You wanna buy or not?”
I calmly told her I was just asking for clarification, but instead of answering politely, she started yelling at me to leave! Another employee ( with braids) tried to step in, but I told him I was addressing her, not him. Eventually, a manager/supervisor came and took her inside while she continued screaming and acting unprofessional.
If you can’t respect customers or answer a simple question without losing your temper, maybe customer service isn’t the right job for you. If she was having a bad day, that’s no excuse to yell at paying customers. Absolutely unacceptable behavior.
