Stopped here before the IndyCar so we wouldn’t spend a fortune on food at the race. There was a slight wait on the chicken tenders but that’s because they were just about to come out of the fryer. What perfect timing! The staff here was extremely helpful as it was my first visit. Honestly, the chicken was so juicy and tender. Mac & cheese also hit the spot. Huge fan! I love the variety of sauces available. Not big on the Chester’s sauce even though I love pickles. The honey mustard is where it’s at!

Ordered food here while headed home from a road trip. Employees were nice. Food was ok and got very sick “border line food poisoning” I eat on the road every day. As soon as I ate maybe half the food stomach was not right. And got much worse thru the day. Never again.

Ordered chicken breast, mashed potato’s and a honey butter biscuit. Who knew the honey butter biscuits were actually supposed to have honey butter on them? Until today, I have always been served a dry biscuit. The young man helping me, made sure each biscuit had the honey butter on top. The biscuits were delicious!
You have a couple of SOLID GOLD employees. One’s that take the time to make sure customers have an enjoyable visit. Kudos to them!

Chicken was very dry. Sides Mac and cheese were rubbery. Mashed potatoes were the only good thing. Threw the rest out. Very disappointed as we have ate her several times and it was very good. Won’t be going back tho.

Store manager and clerk were rude. They are supposed to be a chicken place. They only had 7 pieces of chicken on the line. The other employees including the store manager Sharon Albertson were standing around gossiping. Nobody felt the need to batter or fry chicken. The food on the line looked dry. The black clerk was dirty looking and not only did she not make any attempt to put on gloves her clothes covered in food. I’m very disappointed in this Chester location since when I go to so many other Chester locations I receive better both food and service.

The last time i ate there, i had an awful experience!! I have it another chance on 5/20/23, it was absolutely AMAZING!! the chicken was fresh, the gear was fresh & clean, the food taste was out of this world!!! You guys have come along way since then!! Keep up the great work!!!!!

I had breakfast here this morning on Christmas. McDonald’s was closed. I didn’t expect good food. I expected only a simple sandwich, with no cheese, to go. Chose bbq chicken sandwich. The lady there heated up the buns too. The sandwiches were very hot and yummy. They were delicious in snowy weather.
