I stopped by today for lunch and their food is as great as ever. It’s delicious. It’s not greasy . Service is great as always. I noticed that they received a corporate QC award for 2025 and in my opinion it’s well deserved. I’ve never had bad food or bad service at this location in Martinsville off of 67.

So, I call over DoorDash’s app to order livers. Get the owner and he say yes but call the store because he was away. I call a hour later and the man that is cooking tells me the complete opposite. Says that I have to call a day early for one order of livers. Clearly someone is lying, and it’s not me. Also, no Chester’s ever has to order a day ahead. Lying really does set a bad precedent for business.

Oh my goodness, the friendly employee was so helpful! The fried chicken livers are absolutely delicious! I ordered 2 large boxes of livers, and they were cooked to perfection!!! Will definitely eat at Chester’s again!!!
