This place was fantastic! We kinda got there late (7:45p), and the rush kinda calmed around the time we arrived. The restaurant had a really cool vibe, and it was nicely decorated. The hostess was so sweet and got us a table rather quickly. We had an older gentleman for our waiter, and he was very informative about the menus/drinks. He gave us some suggestions and we ordered accordingly. The food was spot on, and the cider he suggested was so good. I had the chef special, which was Mac and cheese with fried chicken. Chicken had a sweet sauce on it, and it was very good. My husband ordered the ribs, and wow…. That sauce the ribs had on them was worthy enough to drink. It was a nice dining experience. 10/10

Very quaint restaurant with excellent food and service! We started with the fire roasted pimento cheese with flatbread as an appetizer—it did not disappoint. For our meal we had the Prime Rib Sandwich and the Four Cheese Grilled Sandwich with Tomato Bisque that was really good. Don’t leave without desert! The pecan bourbon pie was AMAZING! The service was top-notch and very friendly. This will be our “go-to” when we visit Blue Ridge again!

Chester’s is a great option if you’re wanting to have dinner in Blue Ridge. We ordered mozzarella sticks ribs wings and a burger fries. Oh and brownie ice cream for dessert! Delicious! We loved everything we ordered. Our waiter was great and service 10/10! Definitely will be back when we’re on vacation in the mountains again!

I stopped in last minute after a day of showing homes. Got a spot immediately at the bar. It was my birthday & the 2 ladies I met ordered me a bday brownie (amazing) & they put a candle in it for me. A wonderful surprise. I really enjoyed my burger & the ladies enjoyed the pimento cheese sandwich. Bartender was attentive & super nice. Really enjoyed my dinner/visit! I’ll be returning!

I ordered the smoked trout dip (a Blue Ridge specialty), and it was incredible—smoky, creamy, and perfect for sharing. My husband had their famous burger, which was juicy and flavorful, cooked perfectly, and easily one of the best burgers in Blue Ridge. My son got the pimento cheese chicken sandwich, a Southern classic with a great twist, and my dad ordered the shaved ribeye sandwich—tender, savory, and packed with flavor. Every single plate was a hit at our table.
On top of the amazing food, the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere is rustic, cozy, and inviting—perfect for a night out in downtown Blue Ridge.

Our server was nice and friendly. Everything is made to order so expect to wait for your food. There is no physical kids menu and they do not have kids burgers, just an fyi.
We were told that they were known for their wings. They have 1 choice of sauce and 1 choice of dry rub, so we ordered both. They were okay, not something to be known for.
I tried their special burger of the day. It was okay but I asked for medium well and got medium rare? We waited long enough for the food, so I wasn’t willing to wait longer to have it remade. The fries were decent, they just taste like Arby’s.

We were starving and thought of trying this place. It was a huge mistake. My chicken sandwich lacked flavor had the fried batter was so think over the chicken. I couldn’t eat. My friend had built your own sandwich with angus beef which was requested for medium well but it was burned on one side. Amy be it’s good place to have drinks but definitely not for food. Won’t recommend.

The egg rolls were amazing as was the chicken sandwich and salad with chicken. There was a mass of people as they opened, but the staff had everyone seated right away. We chose the bar seating. Nice beer selection. Really enjoyed our visit here. I would recommend eating here if you are in Blue Ridge

Great place for a bite to eat! I went a few times during my stay in Blue Ridge. Their fries are crisp on the outside but soft on the inside. Burger was just a really good solid burger. I loved their grilled cheese and tomato bisque soup, on a cold day it really hit the spot, it was super comforting. Some of the best tomato soup Ive ever had!
