Note: I recommend you to join their online waitlist. We were seated immediately when our table come available. No wait!
I ordered the smoked trout dip (a Blue Ridge specialty), and it was incredible—smoky, creamy, and perfect for sharing. My husband had their famous burger, which was juicy and flavorful, cooked perfectly, and easily one of the best burgers in Blue Ridge. My son got the pimento cheese chicken sandwich, a Southern classic with a great twist, and my dad ordered the shaved ribeye sandwich—tender, savory, and packed with flavor. Every single plate was a hit at our table.
On top of the amazing food, the service was outstanding. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere is rustic, cozy, and inviting—perfect for a night out in downtown Blue Ridge.
Whether you’re a local or just visiting the North Georgia mountains, Chester Brunnenmeyer’s is a fantastic spot for lunch, dinner, or drinks. It’s conveniently located right in the heart of downtown Blue Ridge, near all the shops and attractions. Highly recommend if you’re looking for great food, excellent service, and a true Blue Ridge dining experience.
Our server was nice and friendly. Everything is made to order so expect to wait for your food. There is no physical kids menu and they do not have kids burgers, just an fyi.
We were told that they were known for their wings. They have 1 choice of sauce and 1 choice of dry rub, so we ordered both. They were okay, not something to be known for.
I tried their special burger of the day. It was okay but I asked for medium well and got medium rare? We waited long enough for the food, so I wasn’t willing to wait longer to have it remade. The fries were decent, they just taste like Arby’s.
Not sure what the hype is about. Would not recommend and would not return.
