The interior of this place is insane… in such a creative, historic, wonderful way. This is the fanciest restaurant in downtown Hinton. Great place for a very special special date. I always dress up to come here.

While the food and atmosphere are nice we were disappointed in the menu changes from our last experience. Beware there are no fish or poultry entrees available now. My dad especially wanted the bread pudding for his 86th birthday celebration for which we had a 5:30 reservation. They were already out of it. So our big evening on the town in Hinton was disappointing for our family. We do hope that the community will continue to support a fine restaurant in our town though and that Chessies can bring back some of their previous menu options.
