So impressed with the food here! We had a wonderful experience with miso shishitos, amazing uni, butterfly roll, sake, lobster gyoza, and cocktails. Can’t wait to go back and try more on the amazing menu. We even got to chat with the chef/owner Marcus who was so humble about his awesome menu. Definitely recommen going here.

Cherryfish delivers an outstanding dining experience that goes beyond just great food. The ambience is vibrant yet relaxed, creating a space that feels perfect for both casual outings and special occasions. The aesthetics are modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed, making the restaurant visually appealing and comfortable to spend time in.

The wait staff deserves special recognition. They were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. Service is smooth and well-paced, adding to the overall relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.

The food is exceptional across the board. Every bite feels intentional, flavorful, and beautifully presented. It’s clear that a lot of care went into both the menu and execution. Overall, Cherryfish offers a well-rounded experience where atmosphere, service, and food come together effortlessly. It’s an impressive debut and a restaurant that will definitely become a favorite.

Cherryfish was great overall, we decided to check it out a few days after it opened. Cocktails were great to start. We got a few appetizers and a few sushi rolls. The only critiques would be for lack of salt on the edamame, and missing a traditional tempura dipping sauce. The sushi rolls were the highlight and would come back for those. The atmosphere was very chic and modern, great for a date night.

My lady and I had the absolute pleasure of attending the grand opening last week, and we’re still raving about it. From the moment we walked in, everything was flawless—the food was outstanding, the service impeccable, and the presentation elevated every dish to a work of art.

I’ve been to plenty of restaurant openings over the years, but I’ve never seen one executed with this level of precision, warmth, and attention to detail. They didn’t just meet expectations; they shattered them.

The menu is exceptional from start to finish—creative, delicious, and perfectly balanced. Considering the quality of ingredients, execution, and overall experience, the pricing is remarkably fair (honestly, almost a steal).

If you’re someone who appreciates thoughtful plating and a team that clearly goes above and beyond, this is your place.
Hands down one of the best dining experiences we’ve had in a long time. We’ll be back—often.

A big group of us went last night and I have nothing but excellent things to say about it. Food, service, ambiance 10/10

The food quality and taste is on par with what you would get at a Michelin star restaurant. Space inside is chic and beautiful, very warm and trendy. Staff was very friendly and attentive

Happy to see a place of this caliber open in PB

The service was solid and all the details were on point for a relaxed, fancy night out. Each of the dishes had a unique feature to them. I’d come back a second time to try some of the dishes I had to pass on this time. We were happily surprised by the portion sizes.

The sushi and sashimi were the best I’ve had in the USA. The fish was extremely fresh and tasted amazing. I recommend the Otoro and uni nigiri. Our server is recommended the kenpachi sashimi and it’s very delicious. The only issues I had were that the soy sauce seemed a little strong? the soy sauce was a little too salty and dark for my liking. In Japan they use a lighter soy sauce when serving sushi to balance out the sodium. Other than that the ambiance and service was awesome.

In our first attempt, my girlfriend and I arrived around 1015 on a slow Friday night in an attempt to try the drinks and enjoy the ambiance.

At the door, we were denied service as the kitchen and bar had already closed down for the night. The place was empty and we would have been the only customers so it was understandable for them to turn us down.

In our second attempt, we arrived around 930pm with at least 5 tables present. I told the hostess we would not be dining in and were willing to just sit at the bar. The hostess proceeded to check in with the bartender who denied us service once again. She said she had just closed down the bar and that they would not even serve us drinks. On a Friday night. At 9:30

We proceeded to walk to the Slowly, which had amazing 9-11pm happy hour where we had a great end to our date night. Highly recommend going to the Slowly!

Not only were we turned down once, but twice, which sort of left me with a bad taste in my mouth, which is weird because I didn’t get to try anything? Do with that what you will, cheers!
