A simple but very high quality menu, quaint setting – and most importantly very fresh fish. We had a very warm conversation with Brad that night, I really appreciated the human aspect to the meal. Highly recommend the blue crab hand roll with soy paper. Will definetely come back again. Thank you!

If you don’t need your temaki bar to be ultra Japanese this is probably the best option in the area. And from a food quality taste perspective, it’s top tier – I’d only put Temaki Den over it.

Service is excellent every time, food is so fresh. Great spot for date night or a double date. I love the limited seating, helps the flow of patrons moving, volume low, and the limited menu does the same. Limited options keeps the quality high & ingredients fresh. Just such a fun & unique way to have sushi.

Loved this spot! Bar top only style seating. They served sashimi and hand rolls (with appetizers) only. They had a great selection of beer and cold sake. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. We had a quick and filling dinner here, if you love sushi, you will love this spot. I would not recommend for people who would hate to sit in a bar seat or have different expectations on the food.

let me tell you- if you haven’t been here you are MISSING OUT!! one of my favorite places for a quick bite, i never leave feeling hungry! great hand rolls but their tuna tataki is my favorite! and their sake selection is wonderful. but my real favorite part is the staff, always warm and welcoming and some of my favorite people to talk to and catch up with! Kayla and Alyssa always out a huge smile in my face and they make the BEST spicy tuna rolls.

I am here probably once a week! The best hand rolls and miso soup. If you want regular rolls this isn’t your spot! The quality is so great! My favorite is the spicy shrimp hand roll! All bar seating and the owner is super nice! Check it out! Take out is great too!

I had the good fortune of visiting Cherry Hills Sushi Company a few years ago, when it first opened. It sits within blocks of several medical facilities. For a place with a limited menu and limited seating, this sushi restaurant does not disappoint. What they offer, from chirashi bowls to sushi rolls and hand rolls, is made with fresh seafood and tastes wonderful. When I’ve taken my kiddos, they have been very accommodating and kid-friendly. The staff is friendly and eager to answer questions and serve.
I returned today, after not having been there for some time, and had a wonderful lunch. I was pleased to see that they are no longer serving the sushi on disposable plates but are using reusable and washable dishes.

Cherry Hills Sushi has some of the best fish I have had in my life. I love the handroll and sashimi format, and how everything is done to compliment the amazing cuts of fish. The entire staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and make us feel like family every time we come in. The sushi is served quickly and efficiently, making the entire dining process pain free. And they carry an amazing selection of Japanese beer and spirits to go along with the meal. Thank you to all of you for making many a special occasion especially wonderful for us! We will always come back for more.

Laid back and easy going this is a killer spot. Don’t come if you only enjoy deep fried sushi rolls stuffed full of avocado and cream cheese. This place is for fish lovers. The menu is limited but every item shines. Super fresh fish and fantastic service. I have a lot of dietary restrictions and they not only accommodated me but didn’t sacrifice the quality on the menu that was safe for me. I really enjoyed the bar seated open kitchen layout.
