Staff was friendly, there was no waiting we were sat right away. Carlos was our server He did a fabulous job. We ordered the coffee special pictured below with description. I liked the coffee. My husband said his could have been hotter but over all coffee was good I got the country eggs Benedict and my husband got the pancakes with eggs bacon and sausage. Food was very good I asked for the hash browns to be crunchy and they cooked them just right.

I was skeptical to try Cherries & Berries as some reviews turned me away. I ended up trying it out and it was a blessing in disguise. I wanna make it known that the food here is absolutely phenomenal! Especially, if you are looking for a sweet breakfast but don’t sleep on their salty entrees as well. Entering, they seated us right away and we were greeted by a very friendly waitress. She was attentive and made sure our needs were met at all times. I got the corn beef hash skillet with a side of bananas foster pancakes. Both were absolutely out of this world. The size of these portions were actually astonishing. The quality to quantity ratio was the best I’ve seen at a breakfast joint. The only negative reviews of this place are because of people being impatient when it’s packed. There is a good reason why this place is always packed. I cannot wait to come back here and be a long term costumer for life!

Cherries and Berries has a very nice atmosphere and offers a large menu. They have a wide selection of coffees, as well as breakfast and lunch options. The prices are a little on the high end. With coffee, meal and tip an average meal comes to $25
Although the meals come with some of the most generous portions I have seen, the food is much greasier than at most breakfast places. Because the portions are so large, it is often difficult to finish a meal.

Update:
I went again to meet a dear friend for lunch. We shared the Avocado Toast and got it with scrambled eggs(which I was very nervous about since my first experience was not good) and we did the fruit instead of hash browns. They definitely redeemed themselves on the eggs. They were not drowning in non-stick spray like last time. They were light, fluffy, and cooked perfectly. The side of potato pancakes that we added were quite tasty as well. We really enjoyed the food and our time together. A much better experience this time around. I’m glad I gave it another try. Oh! And our server Carlos was absolutely wonderful. He was very kind and attentive. Thank you!
We got there about 1 o’clock on a Wednesday afternoon. We were seated right away and it wasn’t real busy. This menu. Huge doesn’t cover it. I know they do breakfast and lunch items, but still. It’s a lot and a lot to execute well.
We both ordered breakfast…a Special Club #1 and a Denver skillet. I agree with people about the portions being generous and I think the prices are fair for what you get. I had an issue with my skillet because it was quite greasy. I’m not talking about grease from the meat or cheese, I’m talking about whatever they use on their flat top/griddle. All of the food was absolutely covered in it. I don’t think I even ate a quarter of it and I was starting to feel green. The sides of pancakes would have been more enjoyable had they been hot. My butter wouldn’t even melt on them. Throughout the meal our server Cassie was very attentive and friendly. She was the bright spot of our visit.
Now mind you, they’re open until 3 o’clock. I’m all for getting some side work done and being productive but it was a bit extreme. Chairs were being flipped, the bathroom floor was soaked from mopping, purple chemicals left in the toilet without flushing it down…it felt like they were closing any minute and wasn’t a very welcoming feel for our first time there.
Unfortunately I wasn’t impressed and nothing would make me recommend it to others.

We haven’t even left yet but everything has been 10/10. The remodel is so cute compared to what it looked like as the velvet tiki. Servers are busting their butts with a full house. I will say $6 for non refillable OJ was a bummer, but my nine year old is raving that it’s the best oj she’s ever had. Fresh squeezed so I guess that is how they’re justifying the cost. Food is so delicious, giant portions at fair prices. For sure our new Sunday breakfast spot!

Stopped in after an overnight stay nearby. They have a huge breakfast menu, full of all the traditional favorites. No wait for seating, but we were there at 6:30 am on a Sunday. Our server was really nice, and did a great job. The food was delicious, and the portions are huge! Would definitely go back if we’re in the area again.

I brought my 93yr old mother in today, because she wanted to go there. After waiting way too long to be approached by our server Donna, we waited a near hour for our food to finally come out. The sad part was, it wasn’t even busy. As we waited, I even stopped Donna, and asked her how much longer. She stated she would check and be right back. Her idea of being right back, was waiting on two other tables first, and never gave us an update. We watched numerous other customers come in, get served, eat their food and leave, all before we received ours. Once we did get the food, she dropped it on the table and immediately walked away. My food was room temperature at best, and the cooks idea of stuffed French toast was to use about a tablespoon of the cream cheese. The French toast tasted more like plain toast with a small amount of butter on it. . I would have loved to have sent it back, but Donna never came back or asked us how our food was, until we got the check. I will not go here again. I’m not sure which was worse, the service or the food. $45.00 was way took much for this quality of food and poor service. Very disappointed.

On Saturday, 2-28-26 Cherries and Berries Pancake house, you did not disappoint! Our waiter Carlos was very knowledgeable and he answered all of our questions. He made our first time at Cherries and Berries a pleasant experience. The food was very delicious and the coffee was nice and hot. Each bite made the wait time worthwhile. My sister and I both had the chicken fajita skillet, Yummy. Thank you for a restaurant that we now know where to visit for tasty food, great service, and a carrying staff.
