This place is a little gem. Absolutely delicious food. The staff is friendly. The ribs fall off the bone and are so good. I’d easily say the best ribs I’ve ever had. The BBQ sauce selections are tasty. We had the beans, chips and coleslaw for sides with a huckleberry lemonade and it was all fantastic. The burnt ends are super meaty and they give a generous portion.

The reviews were good so I knew we would be happy stopping here along on our road trip, but it was so good that we ended up visiting 2 days in a row!!! It is a small place, looks a bit like a coffee stand. It has a small dine in area, a small outside dining area with picnic tables and a drive through. The first day we visited it was late, and they only make so much of each thing and when it is gone…. it is gone for the day. So the Mr did not get to have brisket as it was sold out, as was the corn. However the special of the day was a Southwestern Spicy pork and it was oh so good. Each plate is $8-$10 and comes with 2 sides. The portions are big and very filling. One the first day we got 2 of the specials and had so much we ate it for lunch and dinner! The “fries” spiral cut potatoes in ribbons were a cross between a fry and a potato chip all hooked together. Sinfully yummy! We also got the Baked Beans – really good. The sandwiches were some of the best flavored pork I have ever tasted! The next day we went into Polson again from the State park early to do some grocery shopping and when we were done they were just opening so the Mr got his Brisket – he was in heaven! And this time the Bacon Cream Corn was also available so we got that and oh my – so delicious! The sauces are all really good – especially the Jalepeno Honey and the Siracha. They also had a special huckleberry lemonade that was really good. I got a large and saved half for late in the day and made an adult lemonade shaken with vodka than was amazing! If I am anywhere within a couple hundred miles of this place again…. you will find me there in no time!

Also had the pulled pork sandwich with Honey BBQ sauce – filling size and great tasting sauce.
Ribbon fries gets you a whole bag of them. Also delicious.
Staff was very courteous and good looking.
Second time to Flathead Lake, first time to Cherrys BBQ, definitely coming back here next time I make my way through.

I’m not too sure how this place has such a high rating. It took a bit to have a chance to order and then, when we got to the window, there’s a sign that says what they are sold out of, which was pretty much everything. All they had left was pulled pork. We then waited a bit for our food, and weren’t very impressed.
The Coleslaw was mediocre and the baked beans hearty but not flavorful. The pulled pork was actually quite good, and their “fries” (which are potato chips) were home made and tasted pretty good as well, with the perfect amount of salty and savory.
While there, their restrooms were closed, as well as interior dining (thanks covid) so we sat outside and were instantly swarmed with bees.
I’d say, if I lived in this town and was tired of other places I’d eat here, but not sure it’d be enough to draw me in again.

We got there around 5:30 but they were literally out of everything except two chicken sandwiches and ribbon fries and I also got a salad..Awesome salad too.
We got the chicken and enjoyed our food in the garden seating area.
I can understand why they sell out; the quality is top shelf. Also..I can hardly wait to get back and try more varieties of this amazing BBQ!

Best ribs and tipsmania we’ve ever had! great spot, outdoor seating, fantastic homemade huckleberry lemonade, and attentive service. Their house sides (ribbon chips, bacon corn and peas salad) are just incredible. Now the question is – why are they selling it?! Hope the future owners instill the same amount of TLC in this little gem.

Some of the best northern bbq I’ve had. They will let you order a brisket plate even though it’s not (yet) on the menu. The brisket was cooked perfectly. I highly recommend the beans and creamy bacon corn.

Best barbeque I’ve ever had. For sweet & lil spicy, order the jalapeno honey pulled pork. Huckleberry lemonade is also super yummy. The corn is by far the best side dish they have. So creamy. Also fair prices-less than $30 for 2 sandwiches, 4 sides of corn and a side of extra sauce.
Too bad their nice ice cream shop neighbor was replaced with a weed shop. And just to note, no public restrooms.

Awesome barbeque with outside seating. Meat falls off the bone and service is ready quickly. Also, offer drive thru pick-up. Can’t imagine a better BBQ place. Great for families,teams or casual dining.
