Stopped here after a day of white water rafting on the Nantahala River. The atmosphere here is what makes the experience. Live music, they have indoor/outdoor seating with the option to sit inside with garage doors open to the outside. The service was great. All of the food was also great! For starters we had the pretzel bites with beer cheese and mozzarella sticks. Entrees we had wings, fried chicken sandwich, a burger and the Caesar wrap. Everything that we tried was good!

The service was very friendly and always made sure we didn’t need anything. The food took longer than expected, but so worth it. The buffalo sauce in my wrap was amazing. I will be going back to try the same thing but fried this time. Live music was absolutely amazing. Loved the whole experience.

I stopped for a drink on the way home and to try this place for the first time. They have a nice selection of beers and wines. They also have inside and outside seating,and live music today. The staff was friendly and helpful. The stout I had was very good and the blackberry wine my wife had was excellent. We didn’t stay long or eat this time, but we will be back. Cherokee Cellars Taphouse and Grill gives you the experience you can’t get at other local establishments downtown. Not only is the staff super sweet, they are down to earth and treat you like family and friends, not just like a regular customer. The food is also great. Be sure to try the philly cheesesteak and wings, top notch! If you’re just cruising by or enjoying a walk through town and want to sit outside (even with your furry loved one) this is the place to stop. Grab an appetizer and a cold beer or a delicious glass of wine and enjoy that small town feel. In the evenings they offer karaoke and a band and on chilly evenings they even have a bonfire going and space heaters, so don’t let the cold weather stop you from stopping by and having a good time. They also offer indoor seating as well on the not so kind cold or rainy days. Stop on by and give them a try and I promise you won’t be disappointed!

Actually SO good! We really loved the food and the great service! Lisa was a sweetheart and gave great recommendations. A lot of beers available, but a great place even if you aren’t coming for the brews.
