Offering 24 craft beers on tap including signature beers brewed onsite. Cherokee directs focus towards local craft beers from around the South. With a commitment to quality and fresh ingredients, Cherokee offers authentic brick oven fired pizza while honoring its Southern roots. Established in the heart of downtown Dalton in 2016. A casual, laid-back spot with live music and an entertaining atmosphere. House brews, brick oven-fired pizza, large bench tables, and chairs. A variety of options on the menu, from salads to appetizers. Pizzas are fired quickly in a brick oven grill. Entertain the whole family. A really well-laid-out table setting. I recommend this place.

The pizzas were super delicious, full of flavor and perfectly cooked. The beers were cold and tasted great — really refreshing!
The only downside was the wings — they had good flavor but were way too cold, which took away from the experience a bit.
Overall, a very good experience, just need to pay a little more attention to that detail to make everything perfect.

I always loved Cherokee, but here lately it seems to be getting worse. Menu stays the same, wings are sometimes burnt, and half of the games in the arcade don’t work. I feel like the quality is going down hill due to neglect. Sorry, been a customer since they opened and have had many Bday parties there. Hope they get better and they mix things up a bit.

Been wanting to try this place for a while. Business brought me through town at lunch so I found time to swing in. Not sure if it’s like this only for lunch or all the time. It was counter order for both dine and take out. I was dining in. They had a great lunch special for a 2 topping personal pan an a salad for like $11, which is a great deal for craft pizza. I asked about a flight and the girl at the counter didn’t know. “You’ll have to ask the bartender”. Both the salad and pizza were out quickly and tasted great. My issue is the service. When I dine in, I’m partial to full service. Especially when there is a TIP line on the receipt. Even though the both the salad and then pizza came out rather quickly, they were dropped off on the fly, then the bowl and pan were picked up on the fly. Three table visits by the staff and not a word spoken. The pizza was good but not sure I’d go out of my way for another visit. Maybe it was an off day, I truly hose so.

Definitely more of a casual pizza place for you order up front and the pizza is brought to you. Self served drinks and plates. The place is well decorated and quite cozy with a great selection of toppings to choose from! I recommend dining in if you’re having a first date, casual catch-up, or a casual business dinner. Seating is well but be prepared for a packed parking lot!

First time at Cherokee Brewing + Pizza Company even though I’ve been to Dalton Brewing several times. The place has a ton of bar seating, nice mojo, and a very friendly and attentive staff. I did not order any pizza so this is purely a beer review. I had an in-house Oktoberfest and a Double IPA while here (they have lots of guest taps as well); both were solid for their style. The beer is enjoyable but not quite 5-stars for me. Each house beer only cost $5.50 a piece, which is a great deal with how expensive craft beer has gotten in these times. I’ll come back again to try the food and order more in-house beer and if all goes well I’ll give this place another star.
