Yes! Eat here, you won’t be disappointed. Food and service was exceptional. I wanted a “foody” breakfast experience and my husband wanted a more traditional breakfast, this was the exactly thing we needed! So freakin good! The crabcake and beef tenderloin eggs Benedict were fabulous! Michael made us feel like VIP from the moment we walked in. Tom our sever was knowledgeable and gave excellent recommendations. The pecan honey butter glaze pancakes were bomb. My hubby loved his omelette made to order and cinnamon french toast. $$$The icing on the cake Unprompted Tom brought me a coffee to go! He read my mind. Bravos to the Michael, Tom and the Cheri Inn crew. It made my birthday weekend away very memorable!!

Cherie Inn is always a great experience for breakfast or brunch in Grand Rapids. They have weekend specials that are out of this world such as the lemon tiramisu pancakes (featured in the pictures). Service is straight to the point and friendly, they’re always really busy so there’s no wasted time which we appreciate. Overall, if you’re looking for a quaint spot with great food, Cherie Inn is top tier.

Cherie Inn is fantastic. We’ve had Jamie as our server three times now, and she is always amazing to us. She is thoughtful, fast, and genuinely kind. The host was also incredibly sweet and even walked an older woman to her table, offering his arm, which really showed the care and kindness of the staff here.
The food is excellent, especially my favorite – the spicy vegan tacos! Wonderful service, great atmosphere, and delicious food. Highly recommend!

The only complaint I have is that the restaurant is very loud. It was hard to have a conversation. I felt like I was shouting across the table.

Cannot say enough good things about the food, service, and atmosphere. As soon as I walked in, I immediately felt “at home”. The dining area gives the feel of a first level home. I was immediately seated, despite arriving at 10am on a Saturday for a party of two. My friend and I were able to catch up with the perfect amount of service from our waiter while enjoying dishes of piña colada pancakes and amazing French toast. The host was also such a joy, ending our visit with an amazing compliment and making my day! I cannot wait to add this to the list of suggestions for friends and family to visit and will be bringing anyone I can in the future!

Normally getting brunch with two little ones is somewhat stressful but Cherie Inn today was 10/10 in all categories. EXCELLENT food and even better service, fair prices, quaint environment, multiple coffee warm ups…you can tell they truly care about their guests experience. Very refreshing.

Just a darling place! Food is yummy and they have some inventive specials. Perfect for a casual brunch experience at a place with deep roots and history. They are just missing the patio with umbrella tables, but otherwise you feel very much like you’re in a cafe. We’ll definitely be back!
