If you are looking for delicious street tacos, Cheo’s taco truck is one of the better ones in town. All their meat is good quality, tender and not grisly or tough. Ask for grill onions and they will give to you when they hand you the garnishment/condiment bag consisting of radishes, lime, onion and salsa. They have a little seating area but this place will get crowded. Parking may be challenging but you can park in the residential area and walk to the truck. They are there Wednesday- Sunday starting at 6pm. $2.00/taco. Cash only.

It’s a cool spot to grab a quick bite. They need to step up their game. Only came here because it’s pretty much the only one they have in El Sereno. I am looking for mesquite cooked meats and hand made tortillas and lots of Guac. I think this style of taco would be considered D.F. Style tacos

Locals know it well this place is always packed get there early by 7 so you don’t have to wait to long, these are by far hands down best tacos in El Sereno, I could go a little further and say best in East L.A 🙂 maybe even los angeles? …good eats

Editing my former 5 star review to a 1 star review ‘cause there is no 0 star option.
So lately my partner and I have been going to this truck for weeks consistently, but the one day I take my dark mix brother the quality changes and he gets stared at? What you’ve never seen someone darker than you? I hate that he was made to feel uncomfortable there, the lady was rude, and the food was full of ligaments and the burritos had more beans than meat. Sad to see racism in the flesh, that will be the last time I ever go there, and am definitely telling everyone not to support this business.
