There are two sides to this restaurant the bar side and the restaurant side bar side is lively and boisterous, while the restaurant side is well lit rather quiet and the service was phenomenal ordered our food and it all came out within 20 minutes. Freindly service with Monstrous portions and strong drinks 10/10 gotta add the pork spare ribs aren’t leather they actually are slow cooked fall apart ribs 10000+ (well over 9000)

Ordered Pu Pu for 2, Fried Rice and Crab Rangoon. The fried shrimp were ROTTEN, grey n mushey shrimp and the batter was also grey and gross. Unfortunatelyi had taken a bite and it was definitelyROTTEN SHRIMP. I then tried an egg roll that also tasted funky. The ribs were all fat and grizzle. I threw it all out, didnt dare eat another bite They refunded me some but not all as they wanted me to return the food for a full refund. I’m a half hour out and was only passing thru the area and grabbed it. I am not traveling back so, whatever. Been there before but NEVER AGAIN!

HORRIBLE FOOD! The place I usually order from was closed so I figured I’d give this place a shot… Big Mistake! I got my normal family holiday order for $150 and first none of this qualifies to be called Chinese food! Every dish was tasteless or tasted like other than what it was supposed to taste like! No crab ragoons with a pu pu fir 4???? Really?

Got egg foo young, crispy noodle and lobster sauce. Don’t get if you’re a Chinese food snob like me. You’ll be disappointed. Lobster sauce was dark,sweet and tasted like straight up soy. It was all water and no meat. Egg foo young the gravy they used was just sauce and veggies that looks like they use for all their stir fry. The pan fried crispy noodle was just Lo mein fried with sauce on top. Needless to say was very disappointed. Should’ve known better. Everything tasted like it was drenched in soy sauce.

Not sure what happened to this place, went down hill over the years. The food is bad. Lots of stuff comes from canned food. The chef(owner) been there for a long time, he lost his passion for cooking Don’t bother asking for ginger sauce, you get soy sauce. Won’t be going back…

The food was OK, nothing spectacular. The boneless ribs were dry and the lo mein was bland. The drinks were strong and the bartender was very nice and sweet. Sadly the bar area was incredibly loud (uncomfortably so). For that reason we won’t be back.

We went to karaoke night to celebrate a birthday. There were 8 of us in total. Four arrived early and ate dinner. Four of us arrived a little later. We had to borrow chairs from a neighboring table. We were told that we’d have to give up the chairs if more people arrived. We all left rather than having some of us standing. Four of us did not eat. It’s too bad they didn’t want our business!!

Great! Food was awesome! My husband and moved out of town and haven’t had Chens in a long time. We were driving through and decided to swing in. The restaurant was clean. Food was still awesome.
