The service over the phone was courteous and helpful. Calling the order in was less expensive than using the apps or ordering online. Reasonable prices, good food. Loved the white rice! We ordered Hunan shrimp and Garlic shrimp. They looked the same, ingredients, texture, but the garlic shrimp was more flavorful and had a good kick!! I’ve had garlic shrimp from many different places, most have bamboo shoots, mini corn and sweet peas or similar, but this was served with broccoli, mushrooms, bell peppers – oh so good! Generous on the shrimp too! Thank you! We’ll be back when we’re in town again.

So I placed an order via DoorDash. All went as planned until I received my order.
I was Missing the most expensive item in my order.
I immediately contacted the driver and then I was contacted by DoorDash.
They contacted Chen’s and of course it arrived about and hour later and of course it was Cold.
One small bit of advice,
Flavor and Portion Size…
Increase Both.

Ordered delivery and I have to say this is the worst Chinese take out ever. Super bland, greasy, and gross. Fried rice was just white rice with boiled plain chicken. No carrots, no peas, no veggies or flavor. Sweet and sour chicken was so oily and cheap. Do not order from here, it’s a waste of money.

Was genuinely excited to experience a different Asian restaurant in Pensacola but almost immediately disappointed. I think I have had better Asian food from an airport. Besides the eggrolls which were surprisingly good, I have to say my favorite part was the hair in my chicken

Tried Chen’s Kitchen because our usual place was closed. A very pleasant surprise – they did not have vegetable soup on list however they made it for me and they kicked it up to spicy for me as well also got shrimp rolls that had the best flavor I’ve every had; very fresh! And not to forget the cream cheese angles… the best taste (chive I believe) ❤️.

Our go to take out Chinese restaurant in Pensacola. Large menu selection. Kind of a old school feel. Order your food , grab a couple packets of sauce, get your food and go.

Food is fresh cooked and even though they have a large menu all the items taste different and unique. Large portions. If the menu says it’s spicy it actually has a little spice.

Good take away Chinese food.

I ordered sweet n sour chicken with chicken fried rice, the chicken in my fried rice was undercooked, I had a few bites before I noticed the weird color of the chicken and that it was undercooked.

The cashier lady did give me a refund for it but argued with me that the chicken wasn’t undercooked that it was always cooked like this and no one has ever complained in 70 years…. I ended up sick for a few hours afterwards and the only thing I ate all that day was some my meal.

Not bad for Pensacola. Lo Mein here used to be bad and given out in the rectangular plastic containers but now they give it in the white large box containers which is MUCH better. Love getting a large pork lo mein from here. General Tso chicken is pretty good. Singapore rice noodles are ok. A little too much spice flavor and not enough savory.

Do not order the kung pao chicken. They give hardly any chicken and it’s filled with celery, carrots, peppers, and old peanuts.
The chicken and broccoli isn’t bad, but the broccoli ratio is way too high.
