Very bad food today. Paid extra for veggies to be in our fried rice and only got carrots. Was told the egg rolls cost more because there is 3 meats. Not at all no shrimp no pork just a few pieces of carrots and over cooked cabbage in a burnt shell. Crab ragoon WAS NOT good at all not sure what it was. They have really went down hill. Will not be back and we spent 82.00 bucks on the worst chinese food ever. We had combination fried rice, 3 baby shrimp (really) no chicken or an lil pork.

Tonight I ordered dinner for my son’s birthday. It was absolutely delicious!! I ordered Szechuan Chicken (mild spice) and my son ordered House Chicken. Two Egg Rolls and Crab Rangoon. Very generous portions!! Highly recommend trying Chen’s if you are looking for outstanding food!! They deliver right to your car which is a wonderful service. (Carry Out Only!!)

I’ll rate based on how it compares to other Chinese restaurants in Menomonee Falls. I think it is one of the better options for the palates up here. But it lacks extra flavor and heat if you’re craving something more. The staff was friendly, convenient curbside pickup. Food was hot and had fresh ingredients. Didn’t love the general tso (not spicy, sauce was not to our taste) and egg rolls (lacked meat). Try the stir fried pork with spicy salt and chow fun. The hot chicken garlic was just alright, not much chicken and veg pieces were awkwardly huge

This Chinese food is great! Finally, we got around to going here and wish we had gone sooner!!
We tried the egg roll (greasy, might try spring roll next time), orange chicken, and sesame chicken. All was good!

Ever since the pandemic, this Chinese Restaurant which was the Best around, closed their dining room. It had a nice atmosphere and you were able to sit down and have a nice meal. They went to being strictly take out only and have destroyed the whole experience. We do not prefer to have our vehicles smell of food, and we don’t live that close, and my wife and I don’t particularly like cold Chinese food I guess we are just out of luck. So disappointed in these people’s choice to limit their customer base for the sake of being to cheap to open the restaurant back up. I understand they probably save money on employees, washing dishes, keeping the place clean, toilet paper for the bathrooms, or any other expenses it takes to run a reputable restaurant in this country. Again can’t help but feel let down by the management of this establishment. Golden Gate Chinese Restaurant in Waukesha gets all our business now, and their food is pretty good, but it’s a lot farther away and less convenient for us to travel.

A super nice comes out to ask your name, then bring out your order, confirms your order and has one of the charging devices. Done in a sec. He was so grateful for the tip. Best service ever.
I got crab Rangoon (delicious!], and tried the Walnut chicken with walnut sweet white sauce. I should have asked for the sauce on the side. It was so thick and way too sweet. Definitely will go back and get something more familiar next time.

The food is delicious and the menu is extensive, but what I especially like is that Chen’s is always so clean. Plus the staff is super friendly. While I never order the chop suey, I took a gamble and tried my partner’s. the flavor was wonderful and nothing like I remember from childhood! They do a great takeout business.
