We stopped going to Chen’s a couple of years ago because the food quality had gotten bad. We decided to give them a try again. Ordered Kung Pao Beef tonight. The dish was mostly carrots (see photo) which were to too hard to chew . Once I removed the carrots, I could only find 3 small pieces of meat. The rice tasted burnt. I found pieces of something unidentifiable that was charred black in the fried rice.
I called the restaurant and told the of the problems. I didn’t receive an apology or an offer to redo the meal. They had hung up on me.
Probably needless to say but we won’t be back. Try the Chinese place in Lakeland, Ga. A little longer drive but well worth it.

The good is great the service is friendly but call ahead on busy days if you’re not a patient person. The dining room could use a makeover but most people get take out.

I ordered two meals one sesame chicken with lo mein, and one chicken lo mein. Lady only gave me one, and charged me for cheeto bolitas 4 times. I called about it, and she completely ignored the fact she gave me the wrong food. Also told me I had to order again, and I told her no because she was going to overcharge again. Never coming back.

Really good food! This is a hotspot to eat for my family of three. The service is a little odd for me but they speak their native tongue and have a thick accent. And we are from.right here in south ga not a whole lot of other types of people and I know they can’t understand me great either. Overall the food is why I go though and its great!

Yes restaurant is clean… Very small portions of food out for buffet at noon… Foam plates and cups.. Attendant at register rips money out of your hand and throws the change back at your hand…. Really? Slow the F down lady… Too many clean/unused spots on the buffet… No lemons.. I ate the last eggroll… Sorry but I will NOT be back.. I have eaten at over 300 Chinese buffets across the country and this isn’t how its done…..
