As a local who has been coming here for over 10 years, I can confidently say the food is amazing. The flavors are always rich and savory, and it’s clear a lot of care goes into every dish. While some people may see the owner as blunt, I’ve always experienced her as kind in her own way. The owner may be straightforward, but she works hard and provides great food every time. This place is a longtime staple in our community and deserves appreciation.

I was waiting for my order and a little girl brings my order and dump it nearly on the table never again. Will I ever go there? We’re From out of town and thought we’ll grab a bite to eat before hitting the road. I asked the lady for a container. She put it on the counter came over to the table behind us and didn’t bring the container but pointed at it for me to get up to get it. Please respect the people that come into your restaurant because we don’t have to come there. Do a better job at cleaning your restaurant.

Did have an issue with the order but will say that the food I did receive tasted really good. Have eaten here for many many years and always liked. Will circle items on menu if problem when ordering to try to make easier. Really love getting a side cup of sauce to make everything just a little tastier instead of soy or duck sauce, should try worth the extra cost over the free packets. If I order just the sauce I try to give a good tip since it’s not a big purchase for them to make much off of. Hope things just go good I do want this restaurant to stay around

I was in the mood for some Chinese food and stopped in here. I was excited and was going to try a few things. I walked in and said ‘hello’. The server grunted back. I looked at her in the eyes and said ‘hello’? She said ‘yeah’ in an angry tone. I turned around and walked out. People tend to forget that we have kitchens at home. Don’t bother coming here.

Stopped by on my way through lovingston, Thought I would give a new place a try. walked in and up to the counter. The girl looked at me. Did not attempt to approach or ask what we wanted. I had to call to her. The food was OK the service and the communication was below a one star. I won’t be stopping by again. I feel sorry for the people that live around there and this is their only option for Chinese food.

Firstly, I wasn’t upset about them not having egg fu young! Secondly the crab ragoon was all fried wonton! There was no filling! Secondly whomever answered the phone and addressed my concerns were very rude! From the call to order my food, then to me to addressing my crab ragoon order she was very rude! The other food was actually decent. My main issue is the rudeness.

You want good customer service and a great, safe & comfortable atmosphere to sit down and eat on lunch break this place is not it. I’m not from the area just on a job up here in lovingston Virginia stop to get food from this place the guy was nice and respectful he actually had to stop cooking and take my order because her being the disgrace that she is seen me at the counter and paid me no mind so he had no choice but to run and get my coworkers food before it burned up so she she finally walks up to give me the change and as I have my hand out she throws it on the counter lol. I’m thinking to myself somebody really pissed in her noodles this morning so I see a charger and I plugged my phone up she snatched the charger and almost snatched my phone out my hand and yells don’t use I’m like ok so she comes back 5 min after that and snatched the whole thing out the wall with attitude remind you I’m 5 months pregnant there’s nothing I could’ve harmed by just being there I started to throw the food everywhere and leave but I stayed because my co worker stayed but the women in that place you really have to look pass her and pay her no mind if she knew how ugly they look angry I’m sure she would smile more often
